I loved the quality of service received from the staff - from reception, to housekeeping, to the wait staff. I also loved that there is a 5 star restaurant and pool bar on site. Dining exceeded our expectations. If we didn't want to leave the property, we had everything available to us on site. And bonus—different events held at the property, one if which was a wine tasting, the best of three different tastings we'd participated in different regions during our stay. Our rooms were cleaned and we received fresh pressed linens everyday.

Was disappointed by our dinner in the restaurant at the Villa. We ordered Bruschetta and it was not very appealing and the prosciutto & Melon could have been cut off the rind. The melon however was deliciously sweet.

The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating. We had to leave before the breakfast hours, so that packaged us breakfasts to go. We enjoyed the the pool and the villa grounds. We were pleasantly surprised to see donkeys and horses playing in the field when we were having dinner.

From the first moment you enter Villa Rigacci, you feel immersed in the history of Tuscany. The interiors of the villa have a magical touch of charm, between past and present. Above all, the peace and music blend perfectly with the atmosphere. The staff, Mr. Federico and his family, are very kind and friendly in welcoming you as old friends and relatives. The outside view is breathtaking, immersed in nature with beautiful horses, donkeys, dogs and the background of the chirping of swallows. Abundant breakfast, excellent food and wine.

It was our third time there, it is great both in Summer and now in Spring. It has nice garden with donkeys hanging around. The owners and the place carry a lot of tradition in excellent hospitality and dining.

This is well maintained old family vila, where you can turn back to the roots of European culture, habits and way of life just before the modern revolution come... - The staff was polite and friendly - The facilities was in good condition and brings you back to the history - The restaurant provides a typical Italian cuisines & wine - The swimming pool was just in front of the restaurant, wide open and clean - The surroundings of the property, well, this is a rural part of the region, surrounded with many small villages.

Our family had a very nice stay at Villa Rigacci. The warm hospitality, spacious and clean room, and welcoming atmosphere made our trip truly special. The kids loved the pool, while we appreciated the serene ambiance and excellent service. The restaurant served excellent meals with a wide variety to suit everyone's tastes. We highly recommend it!

Very nice country side hotel. Perfect for families with children, who are on the road trip and need an overnight place to stay. Kids have plenty of room to run around, there is a swimming pool, where also little ones can play, who cant really swim jet (under supervision of course). Staff is very friendly and dinner was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A beautiful tranquil location with wonderful views. Rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a beautiful living/library area with wood fire in which one may enjoy a glass of wine. The home cooked dinner was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning. A lovely family run unique Tuscany villa with a personal touch. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning soon.
