It was absolutely fabulous! Beautiful villa, incredible garden and extremely nice and helpful host Cristina, she made out stay extremely wonderful and I will recommend it to everyone! Rooms are clean and large, beds really comfortable and facilities are on point! Villa itself has a beautiful interior! We loved our stay there!

The only thing that is a bit problematic is if you are arriving by car as driveway is a bit narrow and is hard to pass by cars from different direction. However, free parking is very near so that is not an issue.

The property is really nice, very nice design and the whole place has a really good vibe. The room was spacious and big enough. Cristina, manager, shared with us so many trips and tricks. The place is really close to the mountains so there are a lot of good hiking places, restaurants and is very close to lake Como if you want some field trips.

There is nothing not good about this beautiful villa with a great host.

The town of Lecco offers walking trails and a good range of food. We stayed in a beautiful villa above the lake. Everything was OK. The host Cristina is a very helpful, pleasant lady who is also distinguished by emotional intelligence. Mrs. Cristina made it possible for my whole family to have an unforgettable experience. My only regret is that we didn't experience her breakfast as well.

The property is a beautiful liberty style villa there is nothing not to like

We had a large bedroom with an enormous bathroom. There was a view of the lake and mountains from the balcony doors. Our host was very helpful with local info and accomodating our motorbike on site.

The location was lovely! Cristina was there waiting for way earlier than expected and the check-in went smoothly. There is a little bench outside and you can sip your wine away. There is a bunch of utensils in the kitchen in case you wanna make some food.

During the stay the main room was available only during the breakfast. Recommendation is to have a breakfast in another place / near restaurant or buy products in the nearest shop. In our room the mattress was soft. For some people it might be good, but for us it was too soft.

Villa and room were super clean. The bathroom was big and clean. Around 20 min walk from railway station. 5 min walk to bus stop. The owner is very nice, easy contact.

There is no parking spot at the property. However, the public parking space is near by and is for free.

Very large and comfortable room. It was actually a mini apartment with an entrance, garderobe and bathroom. Modern and beautifully furnished. The breakfast salon was stunning. Cristina, the owner prepared a very nice breakfast with fresh croissants. Very quiet place but near by the city center and all amenities.

Room was very hot but it is Italy in summer! Fan was provided though. Could hear a bit through walls but to be expected with older building.

Wonderful friendly Christina who showed us around and gave us advice for the local area (including mechanics when our car went wrong!). Lovely building, big bathroom.

You can't park the car in front of the hotel. It is a quiet narrow and steep street. We did however manage to get the kids and bags out in front of the villa and park the car on the bottom of the road, about 100m further on. There was a gass station where we could load our electric car overnight (different kinds of chargers, also convenient for hybrid cars!)

Very charming place with a super friendly host! We had a family room with place for 5 to sleep, and air conditioning, which was very helpfull with the temperatures. We got directions on where we could go and eat in the neighbourhood upon our arrival. Very kind person towards our kids, and they loved the (lazy) dog!
