My wife and I traveled to Lake Como for the 2nd half of our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and feels very secluded and private. Noris is the best host we’ve ever had at any stay, providing many recommendations and consistently checking in on us to make sure our needs were met. She was also very flexible with our check in and a great communicator!! Can’t recommend enough! Oh and the view is 11/10!

Sheets were just kind of stiff and crinkly so nicer sheets would make the stay more comfortable.

For a group like us - family with small kids, would be great to have more supplies for washing machine or shampoos/shower gel. But this is very minor thing compared to all the bonuses.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for our group - two adults, three kids (6,7 and 1,5 years). We took hiking to trip to Bellagio centre, lots of stairs and narrow pathways, which was perfect to get a feeling of the Como area. Our host Noris suggested really good places to eat and the nearby Pasticceria was great for a morning walk to get fresh pastries and coffee. And Jacuzzi and the view - perfect combination! Thank you!

An unforgettable stay! This accommodation is absolutely amazing. The house is clean, beautiful, and filled with natural light. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, and the jacuzzi is simply incredible. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the garden is absolutely stunning. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Nothing that can be changed, but a word of warning if you are planning on walking/using public transport is that the property is a good 20 min walk uphill from the main town centre. To be expected- you can't have the view without being on a hill! It is an easy walk.

This is the perfect place to stay in Bellagio. Noris was so communicative and friendly, sending us lots of links and recommendations via WhatsApp before we arrived. The apartment is well designed, comfortable and very clean. And of course the best part are the views of the lake!! So beautiful. The hot tub was a welcome bonus and it was so nice to be in it at night, look out at all the lights around the lake. We loved our stay here, and will certainly be back.

Owners Igor and Noris were so helpful, kind and informative. Villa has spectacular views, immaculate, built to high quality. All the amenities of a high end hotel. Conveniently located to a path to walk to the ferries, shops and restaurants in Bellagio.

The only thing I could say is that this isn't really walking distance into Bellagio, but there are lovely restaurants in the village which are great (highly recommend Bellavista) and there is a tourist train that you can use to get to Bellagio and back.

The apartment is beautiful with the most amazing views from all balconies. You have sitting out areas in the garden along with the 2 balconies and of course the hot tub. The apartment itself has everything you could need, the owners really had thought of everything. Noris was so helpful and knowledgeable (beforehand and on arrival) - Thank you! I can't recommend this apartment enough.

If you arrive on a Sunday, be aware the shops are closed in the afternoon, so finding provisions is difficult.

Villa Primula is a beautiful villa on a hilltop position with fantastic views overlooking Lake Como and Bellagio. Noris is such a welcoming and helpful host. If we were to return to Bellagio, this would definitely be our first choice for accommodation.

Only thing I would say is that the property is high up. The walk down to the center is 25 mins and if u have children like we do, RENT A CAR!! It’s not easy to get cabs or the bellagio express. We waited for a long time but the owners were so kind to pick us up and drop us off when we requested. When we come back, we would rent a car from Milan!

Pictures do not do justice to this place. It’s so well equipped and modernized. They have thought of every detail. And the air condition works excellent. The hot tub was also very clean and efficient!

The villa location at top of the hill , so we can see lake Como, town surrounding, the mountains, it is really a great scenic view. I can say it is a million dollar view. Just perfect for me & my family to rest and enjoy Bellagio and local food after travelling 2 weeks around northern Italy. Jacuzzy is really a big bonus and we can enjoy the view while relax at jacuzzy😄👍. And we really very happy with warm welcome & great hospitality from Noris the owner, and she give little surprise when we celebrate my daughter birthday at the villa. Definitely we will come back again at Villa Primula when we visiting Bellagio. One more thing, all villa facilities are in perfect and clean condition and the Villa have a private parking😄.
