The room was quite noisy due to the street. The shower is a bit too old and the water temperature not very stable.

The staffs are very nice. Maximilian is very kind and gave us a lot of good suggestions about trips in Sardinia.

I appreciate the hotel’s location close to the historic city center. Also, the staff is very polite (thumbs-up for Massimiliano), who showed us what to visit (beaches as well as bars/restaurants) and kindly offered us a beach umbrella to use during our stay.

Shower cubicle was broken , and curtains were missing , only a shear so light was in the room all the time..

Reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel located few minutes from the promenade. We were with motorbike and garage was available against a payment.

The room I was in needs opaque curtains. The window had sheers, however the hotel / building balconies and possibly from windows next door could see right into the bedroom and bed area in particular (I could see them) - there is no privacy outside of the bathroom. This is a priority recommendation for the hotel. The shower stall opening (opens at the corner) is so narrow, I had to squeeze through to get it / out. The staff were very friendly and if either of these could have been addressed easily, I perceive they would have acted quickly. They don't have parking specifically for the hotel, however there is street parking in the immediate area after taking in your luggage.

The location is great - easily accessible by car (Alghero city centre is not accessible by car - you have to park outside of the designated area and walk in). It is close to the water and is a nice walk away from a constellation of restaurants. (The walk may be a bit far for some people, however after having dinner, the walk felt good). The restaurant - Ok Pizza has great food! They have a long list of pizza options, however their main meal dishes were excellent. There is a nice outdoor patio space in addition to the outdoor seating area for restaurant. The breakfast is good and there are eggs as well. The staff were very nice and there is front desk reception at least until late hours (not sure if 24/7). My room was on the main floor - no stairs to get to my room from the lobby.

The room was a little noisy, I could hear a lot of the plumbing!

Massimiliano was a great host. He took time to tell me about the area where I could get good food, and made me feel very welcome. I was touring on a motorbike and was able to get a parking space in the very secure hotel car park at a favourable rate. In fact a number of motorcyclists stayed at te hotel whilst I was there. The town is worth a days walking visit.

The only small thing was a bit of noise at night, probably from some pipes. But after a glass (or two) of good Italian wine, we slept like babies!🥱

it's not really a bad thing but the room could do with a lamp. or maybe they could use less brighter bulbs for the bedside. the light was too bright for us so we had to turn on the light in the bathroom and leave the door ajar.

excellent hotel. the room was very big and super clean. we upgraded to balcony with sea view and it was totally worth it. the staff was very friendly from the security guard to the ladies at breakfast. they were always very helpful and smiley. the breakfast was plentiful with fresh buffet every morning. and let's not forget the rooftop terrace with an amazing view on the sea.
