We were in the garden level/basement apartment. The bed was very firm for our tastes. Also we did have trouble with getting the hot water to work properly for the shower. One thing we were not prepared for is that this is in a more remote neighborhood, so it is best if you have a car, as you can not walk anywhere on your own.

The place was very clean and well cared for. The care taker was very kind and also picked us up at the train station, for a fee, which was fair. The propery is gated so feels very safe.

Maybe they should consider to let go to the facility “breakfast included” because there are 2 boxes with sweets in the room, we didn t saw those sweets as breakfast. The coffee was very good.

The building and property were in a beautiful setting and the interior was very clean and cosy and quaint. Tracy was a great hostess and made sure we had what we needed and made sure we had transportation when needed. It was also great to have parking on the premises. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is very remote. A car is required to venture out anywhere.

The property has beautiful views of the ocean along with a quaint feel for the lodgings.

The breakfast was of Italian kind, coffee machine was good, but with no milk served. Otherwise, all was fine, except there us no direct access to the beach, although the house is very close to the sea.

It was extremely easy to communicate with Leila and Francesco. They were helpful and made useful suggestions about places to see and restaurants to visit. We felt great and very safe at the premises, and my dog was quite happy with the garden.

I had to deliver the car at the airport one day before and the owner of the Villa was so kind to pick me up and take us to the airport.

• The apartment was too cold for a winter stay, and the heating was not operational. • Breakfast consisted only of pre-packaged crackers, which was disappointing. • The advertised whirlpool was not available during the winter season. General observations: • The location is convenient with the airport nearby. • However, the surrounding area is not very appealing. • There is sea access, but the beach is not clean or inviting.

Nice Apartment with Sea View but Lacking Comfort in Winter We stayed at the apartment in a villa with a sea view for 2 nights. Positives: • The apartment was clean and well-maintained. • Beautiful sea view from the property. • The complex itself is nicely designed and offers a relaxing atmosphere. • Communication with the host was smooth and friendly.

The room was 10°C cold. Despite running the air conditioning for 3.5 hours, it never warmed up because, even though the facility was almost empty, I was given a basement room without even a window. It was nothing like the photos. Moreover, the sheets and pillowcases on the bed were so heavily scented with perfume that I had an asthma attack. Sleeping was already impossible in such cold – even after trying with two sweaters, a jacket, and two duvets – but the overwhelming scent made it even worse. In the end, I laid my clothes on the couch and covered myself with two coats, managing to sleep, unfortunately, for only two hours. The fact that the person in charge kept asking me on WhatsApp what time I would arrive was extremely annoying.

The so-called amazing breakfast consists only of crackers and jam. You can find the same at any gas station, so assume there’s no breakfast included. Make sure you’ve seen the photo of the room you’re booking, as there are rooms located two floors underground.

Could not get checked in easily. No one on site and the check in person was trying to call me on what’s app which did not work because no access to internet. Finally got the person on phone and they kept telling me to put code in gate but no code was provided. Very frustrating. Breakfast was disappointing as it was prepackaged crackers and pastries. Also very hard to get car out of parking lot with owners car sticking out in driveway. Literally about an inch clearance.
