Lovely hosts , very friendly couple and dogs, Cats, beautiful villa in a green paradise Everything was perfect and the house has everything. First time i found a closet which the hosts had the best care to leave s,m,l,XL sizes of clothes hangers. Walking distance to the Sea.

Water was too cool for a shower at night.

The quiet and peaceful rural location with an organic and quirky nature. Good welcome and thorough introduction by the hosts. Renewable energy supply to a heat pump for warming and cooling. Good exercise getting up and down the steps. Friendly dogs. Space for parking.

We loved everything

There are places where you feel like home, it is one of them. There dogs and cats, everything is easygoing and relaxed. You can cook your dinner or choose one of many excellent restaurants around just a short car drive away. Owners are friendly and they helped us even with organizing horse riding. Beach and the natural reserve park are very close.

We thought we found the property on google maps but it was a locked gate. But there was no indication that it was the right place. A simple sign on the gate would have alleviated a lot of fears or tensions about whether were at the right place. Italy is complicated for foreigners, but I'm not sure everyone realises that. After a phone call, we were let in. the stay was wonderful. loved their dogs and puppies.

One of the best places I ever stayed in! The villa owned by the very friendly family, also they have very friendly dogs and puppies - it was a great attraction for our kids) The room was vary cozy with everything you may need for great vacations. The beach is very close and you can easily reach it on foot.

The property is so beautiful! You are completely surrounded by nature. The little apartments are so cool! So much attention to detail. You really are in paradise.

Take your mosquito repellent, there are a lot of them at sundown.

Because our situation changed from the time we booked our stay ( we were supposed to come by car, but in the end we had to take a train) the host came to meet us at the train station, saving us walking some 6 km. She also took us shopping, as the restaurants around were closed. More than that, Marcella also took us on a tour of Orbetello and Ansedonia to show us the beautiful surroundings. Overall they have been very friendly and made us feel welcome. Bonus - one word : puppies The beach is very close and in season there are restaurants open.

Only stayed 1 night thank god, After reading the reviews I thought it must be nice however I felt like I was an inconvenience , so basic, nothing really to do in the area, I was totally blanked by the lady host when I walked past her , just weird , my room was meant to come with a terrace like on the photos but that terrace is there own private terrace to there apartment. I didn’t read the part you were charged for linen and towels or bring your own ??, yeah I always carry bed linen and towels with me, principle rather than the 20 euro.

I did not see the fine print about supplying our own towels and linens until I had booked the place. had I not brought my own we would have been charged another €10 per person.
