Everything was great, just to note that there are stairs heading to the villa so avoid having big luggage or someone with disability might be difficult to get into.

Host is very friendly and the villa is amazing and well maintained. She offered us lots of help around the area as well, its 8 min to Bellagio and we enjoyed the view from the garden and the room balcony. Everything was neat and in order, we highly recommend for lake Como area. Free parking next to villa, few nearby supermarkets. We wish we can stay longer.

The cancellation options were very limited. There were no mosquito nets, but I guess that is the norm in that part of Italy. You have to carry and throw the garbage on specific places in the village, as there are no garbage containers on the street in the village for aesthetic reasons.

Very spacious semi-detached house (twin house) on two floors with a basement with solid wood furniture made somewhere in the early 90s , but still very nice and well maintained. In general the house is luxurious even though a little dated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything. The host Marzia was very nice and helpful. The location of the house is in a very well maintained neighbourhood (rich people with nice houses). There is a great view to the lake and the mountains. It is close to a small beach 100 m away, and the village is close to Bellagio, which is the center of Como's tourist area with a lot of boat/ ferry connections.

Providing simple things as coffee and sugar would be nice as stores are pretty far and work on unusual schedules.

The location is amazing and the place is very spacious.

Only one double bed. Other couple had to sleep on single beds. Second bath room is in the basement. Shower is tiny. No Fly Screens on windows, so had to deal with mosquitoes.

Excellent view, from a small balcony. Great location. Free on street parking. Good place for a family stay. Rooms had Air Conditioning Outdoor BBQ.

- main bathroom shower had a broken shower head (just cosmetically broken but fully functional) - main bathroom shower head always has to be held and can t be fixed - main bathroom shower had no curtain or door to stop water from spilling around

Nothing

Even better than on photos. Comfortable house with stunning views and everything you need for a week stay. Super location! It is quite remote from all attractions but this is exactly what I was looking for. Just sitting on the terrace drinking wine and watching the lake. We couldn’t ask for more. The hostess was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Not so much of a view from the kids room. There were many mosquitoes that stopped us from enjoying the view too much - please bring repellent of your own! Their windows don’t have proper curtains so it got very bright early especially in summer. The bathroom also had a big window but no shutters! Place is a little dated and musty, but we can understand it is a family home. Lastly they don’t have a culture of locking doors, so the house was totally unlocked when we got there which we weren’t used to, but they had keys inside nonetheless.

Amazing view especially from the master bedroom. We had a great first interaction with Marzia, who helped us check in. The house was big and felt spacious, it would be very suitable for a family of 4-5. They also had a pingpong table which was fun, and a washing machine that came in handy. The location of the property was great, only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Bellagio which is where the action is.

The Wi-Fi was not always that good,specially if the neighbors was on it too. The veranda downstairs had limited view due to a house in front. We stayed in 3A. - 3B had a better view There are no supermarkets in Limonte, do your shopping on the way from Bergamo

The view from upstairs was really good.Indoors it was nice and cool,no need for an air conditioner Two bathrooms and a washing machine is very good
