To reach the beach there is a walk along the 'main' road that doesn't have a pavement. It's only 50 metres so it's ok. It's the only down side of this hotel.

Hotel grounds really beautiful and pool perfect. Great selection at breakfast and super friendly staff to help with extra requests. Shared balcony/terrace and sitting area were very comfortable.

Not much space in the bathroom to accommodate your toiletries. There was a restaurant within walking distance, but the old town with more restaurant options was a little too far to walk

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Fantastic lake views from the balcony. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Beautiful swimming pool, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. Friendly staff who responded promptly to communications. They were able to accommodate a late check in due to late flight arrival. Lovely lakeside walk into the centre of Malcesine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The host is really friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, enough choice for breakfast with the nicest view of the lake. Location is perfect if you want some peace at night and a short walk to the city center. The walking path is just across the street with the nicest view. Don't have one negative thing to write about

Overall for a 2 star hotel this was good value for money. We had a partial view of the lake. It was a nice quiet area away for the busy town The hotel kindly leant us some bikes and there is a good path along the lake to cycle Breakfast was very good and varied The grounds are well kept with a clean outdoor pool. Car parking available

Nothing was mentioned in our booking info about breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, breakfast wasn’t mentioned either. Stupidly, I didn’t think to ask. On our first morning we didn’t go for breakfast in the morning, but realised later that there was breakfast arrangements and that it was included.

The view of Lake Garda from our balcony was outstanding! The room was small but comfortable. Furniture and fixtures needed updating but were in good condition. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast room was spacious and the food choices included hot and cold items as well as meat, cheese and pastries. We didn't use the outdoor pool but the grounds were beautifully maintained. Highly recommend! The location is right across from the lake and very convenient for exploring the area.

The property is about 2km from the center of town This wasn’t an issue for us as we borrowed the bikes but maybe something to be aware of (the path is nearly all flat and right along the water though).

The pool area was great, it felt like an oasis being surrounded by olive trees. The view from our room was beautiful of the lake. Being able to borrow the bikes to easily get into town was very useful. The breakfast spread was so good! Wish we stayed here longer.

Awesome authentic villa with an amazing view. Really hospitable and kind stuff. Nice and tasty breakfasts in the morning, everything was really fresh and tasted great. Located not far from the city center in more quiet area away from the crowds which makes it perfect in case if you need to have some rest and relax by the pool in Olive Garden overlooking Lake Garda and mountains. Was exactly what I was looking for for my vacation. Thank you a lot.
