Hosts are extremely nice, caring and helpful. They’ve booked us an amazing restaurant for a dinner and drove us there. Would definitely come to stay here again. 10+++++

N/A - it’s a gorgeous property in the treetops with a small number of rooms, which makes for a very relaxing stay.

Villa Olga was a wonderful respite from Rome, another city that I love. My room had a wonderful sea view balcony with comfy zero-gravity chairs. I spent an entire day smelling the wonderful flowers and listening to the birds. Yolanda, the proprietor, was extremely welcoming and wanted to make sure that I had an amazing stay. She gave me a few fabulous restaurant recommendations and she also drove me to nearby Gaeta (and pointed out where to go for a wonderful walking tour) as well as the train station for my return to Rome. My Italian language skills are intermediate, but Yolanda, the other guests and the immediate community encouraged me to practice. I hope to return to Formia and I would love to stay at Villa Olga again.

No glasses in the room to drink water or juices

We had a fabulous two days in Villa Olga. The house and gardens are beautiful and the views from the bedrooms are amazing. The host could not have been more helpful, with great advice of restaurants and beaches plus tourist sites to visit. We were made to feel very at home as if it was our own home.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.

This was such as wonderful property and the accommodations were perfect. I was traveling alone for work, but everyone made me feel so welcome and made my trip that much better. Walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants, and stores. A beautiful view of the sea which made for fantastic sunrises and sunsets. I feel like I found a hidden gem and can't wait to go back.

Iolanda and Pucci were most gracious hosts. They made our stay very pleasant and relaxing. We felt like we were staying with family. The breakfast was delicious from fresh pastries to savory food. The views from the room and gardens are spectacular. Our host took us to a magnificent lido were we swam, had lunch and enjoyed the wonderful beach and suggested many towns and sites to visit. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and was extremely helpful. Definitely will come back and bring my family.

Everything. The hosts could not be more accommodating - chocolates in the room, wine opener & glasses, help with our bags, etc. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room had a nice balcony with sea view, the bed was comfy and blankets were provided (a little cool outside this time of year), nice bathroom and amenities. We were given recommendations for dinner close by and the beach was a short walk away (as well as the town center). Breakfast was served outside in a beautiful green setting with lots of choices (meats, cheese, breads, cakes, yogurt, eggs, coffee, tea, huge donuts, etc. ) all with a view of the Mediterranean. I would definitely stay here again!

A few months ago I had no idea such an extraordinary place existed. A gorgeous property with comfortable beds, an amazing host, a modern dreamy bathroom, & views to die for. And a delicious breakfast, too?! I feel so lucky to have been able to experience this lovely place more than once. And I hope for many more visits to come. It is perfect.

The house is immaculate and the garden is a stunner with a gorgeous view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and Gaeta. The owner Iolanda was so warm and helpful right from the start. We arrived late and she not only called a local restaurant to secure a table for us, but the next morning she reserved a spot for us at a perfect beach club in Sperlonga. Breakfast was also excellent.

Smart door locks instead of keys

I absolutely loved my time at Lolanda's family villa - she and her staff were super helpful and welcoming, always trying to make my time there wonderful. She offered car lifts to and from where I was going. The villa was outstanding and is probably the best in town - its central location to the high street and Vindicio Beach is perfect! It's wrapped entirely by grapevine which adds an even more majestic element to the brilliant views from the garden/terrace. You can see right across the bay of Gaeta. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh - a great way to start the day. The bedroom was clean, tidy and filled with stunning furniture. The villa decor was amazing. I highly recommend staying at Villa Olga and can't wait to go back.

Everything was perfect!

Villa Olga is perfection. Iolanda and her family are so welcoming and kind. The view from our room was breathtaking. The house is gorgeous. The bed is very comfortable & the breakfast is delicious & so generous. We wished we could have spent our entire trip to Italy here. Villa Olga immediately took away all of our travel fatigue & gave us a true sense of the beauty of Italy. Thank you so very much for our stay. It was magical.

Everything!! Yolanda was beyond accommodating and made us feel like family right away. Love this woman! The grounds we’re really stunning, as were the views from the deck off the bedroom (with super comfy reclining chairs), the bed very comfy, and great breakfast. Thanks Yolanda (and hugs to Angelo)!

Nothing to dislike, the Villa and the staff were incredible.
