Apart from the Insta brigade videoing themselves doing ridiculous things by the Tower, there was nothing we didn't like about the trip.

Salvatore sent us a message prior to arrival to check our ETA, he was always very attentive without going overboard. The room was large, clean and the bed was comfy. The en-suite looked like it had just been updated. Our view was as we expected and amazing (photo attached). We had one of two rooms with the Tower view. The breakfast was also better than we ever expected. Home made savoury and sweet pastries and cake, as well as some scambled eggs cooked to order, along with the usual fruit cereals and coffee/juice etc. Overall Pisa was a much better experience than Florence for us.

We were not able to join breakfast, but Salvatore left us some delicious food to take with us to the airport. The location was great, only a 4 min walk to the tower! Room was fantastic, clean, beautiful bathroom. We will definitely come back in the future!

Salvatore was an amazing host. He went over and above to make our stay special. The breakfast was homemade and very tasty, and the Villa was just stunning. Highly recommend this B&B. Location next to the tower was perfect.

The room was clean and perfectly located—so close to the Tower of Pisa that I could take photos of it without even leaving the room! The bathroom was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a gluten-free option available for my wife, which was a big plus. The host was very hardworking and friendly.

Salvatore was the best. Very helpful and great communicator. Made eggs and fresh squeezed juice every morning to go with the nice breakfast spread of breads and homemade pastries. This home was renovated a few years back and it is beautifully done. Marble floors and stairs, wonderful bathroom and shower, beautiful yard and sitting area. Can see Pisa Tower from yard and front rooms.

Really great host Salvatore, in his beautiful house! fantastic breakfast with home made savory treats and delicious breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee! Tea and coffee available all day. Super comfortable beds and very well appointed rooms with modern IT. Luxurious bathrooms and views of the tower from our room. What more could you want!? Also a lovely garden!!
