It isn’t a problem, but there are many steps to climb, so be sure you can manage them.

The property has amazing views. The decor is elegant, simple, but adequate. Very clean rooms. The food and wine were amazing and an exceptional value. All of the staff were very helpful.

Everything was wonderful, but you need to be able to take quite a few steps up to some of the rooms and the restaurant. We were so appreciative of the staff’s help with our luggage.

A truly special place. The steps were a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. Room 1 was well-appointed and had a lovely large balcony and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The highlight was the restaurant. We enjoyed several delicious meals on the balcony and everything was fabulous! The staff are exceptional… friendly and helpful at every moment. I hope to be able to return!

The room was smaller than I expected (much smaller than the room next door 😞) and smaller than it looked in the photos. I wish we'd been notified earlier in the day about the major road closure that prevented us from getting to the hotel - we had to drive 90 minutes around to get there and got an email after we arrived.

The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent and the room was really comfortable.

Visiting Bellagio was a little bit tricky, there’s a bus that comes but not often. Taxis are really hard to get. This didn’t impact our stay too much and the team at Villa Mojana went above and beyond to assist us with suitable transportation.

The most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff were incredible, so helpful, kind and went above and beyond for us. The room was wonderful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was the best meal we had in our 12 days in Italy so far!! Can’t express enough how much we loved our stay. Wish it was longer! Thank you Nadine & team!

On the second day a couple stayed in the building next to us, this is where we realized something is off. Loud noises but ok that happens. At midnight they were still having a phone call shouting and laughing. This was the moment I had to go over and ask. Bit better but still kept on - ended up changing our plans since couldn’t sleep. People, please realize you are not alone in the world and be mindful of others.

Stunning views, nice design and garden, comfortable beds. Overall calm and relaxing atmosphere what I was looking for. Special thanks for the great dinner.

The situation of the hotel in Limonta means it would be tricky to walk into Bellagio. We had a car so not an issue. Quite a few steps up to the property but staff were more than happy to help with luggage

Everything! Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Warm and friendly staff in an informal setting. Breakfast was lovely, sitting out on the balcony (even in October) and we had dinner there 3 nights. Excellent food served by the wonderful Babat (apologies for spelling). Rooms were clean and well serviced. Book one with a balcony or terrace.

The bathroom design . Every time we took a shower the floor outside the shower got wet . Also the mirror was to the side of the sink which made it very difficult for my husband to shave.

Beautiful Boutique style property set in a nice garden . Lovely lake and mountain views . The staff really make you feel special every step of the way . We received a free bottle of bubbly wine upon our arrival .

It was pretty inconvenient to get into Bellagio as the bus was very unpredictable. After we had the front desk book us private rides, it was easier to manage. Though it was $30 each way to get there and back.

The staff was wonderful, every single one of them. The food as well was top of the line, we had the best tiramisu in all of Italy, easily! The hotel was clean, beautiful and the view can’t be beat. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

This property is stunning! They have amazing views and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast spread is also delicious, with a chef on staff making coffee and eggs and bacon to order. The staff also goes out of their way to help with reservations and ensuring that your stay is 10/10. We would definitely come back here!
