The owner was incredibly welcoming and offered me coffee and water upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. They also kindly offered me a bike to explore the city, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A freshly renovated room with a big bathroom & shower, comfortable beds. Within cycling distance from the centre and the Lucca wall, bicycles can be loaned free of charge. Free parking space on the premises. The friendly and helpful owner gave us recommendations of the local sights and restaurants, breakfast available on demand. Charges payable with cards.

Excellent host, Victoria even helped me overcome the diificult process of paying a "bullshit" parking fine by using her local government app. This saved me so much hassle. She offered to pay the fine which i remimbursed her for. She even rang the governing body to help get clarity on the process of an older one as i did not speak italian. Otherwise dealing with this would have been an absolute nightmare. very good breakfast and the use of their pushbike to visit the city was great. Great host!! Definitely recommended!!

regarding breakfast, the host asked whether we had any preferences (vegetarian, vegan) and when we replied that we're vegan, they said, "no problem". Best vegan breakfast we've had in a long time!

Great place to stay to explore Lucca and the surrounding areas. Victoria is a fantastic hostess, she gave us advice for exploring the city and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast, fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend this place.

Victoria is a wonderful host and we had a great time staying at her place. Property is a 10 minute walk away front the city center, there is an option to take bikes for free and cycle if you don’t feel like walking

Really outstanding property, very close to a city center, hosts are very nice. The beds are amazing,slept like at home. Breakfast is wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and it felt like him, the rooms were very stylish and Melany thought of every little thing to detail, the washes the decoration, hair dryer. She really has thought out everything for each guest. I liked the garden area too I sat out and ate pizza.

The B&B is beautiful and well-kept, my room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable - just what I needed after a day of cycling Pisa to Lucca. The breakfast was just as described - plentiful and delicious. Above and beyond this is Victoria - she is the most lovely and accommodating host I've ever had. She not only takes care of your every need, but truly wants you to feel at home. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Victoria was a very gracious host and, with the help of the translation app, made me very welcome. The ground floor room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial. It was a 20 min walk to the centre with many options for dinner.

The bedroom was very clean with plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a small fridge in the room. The bathroom was very clean and towels and free toiletries were provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of sweet and savoury items to choose from. Free small bottles of water were available which was very much appreciated. The location is very good, close to two supermarkets and a bus stop. The railway station is about 15/20 minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Lovely host, with an elegant and convenient home. Breakfasts are substantial and everything is fresh. Rooms are sparkling clean with beautiful furnishings and modern bathroom facilities.

Private parking, great breakfast, very good staff. Vittoria offer to use bikes (for free) and visit Lucca, that was great experience. Really can't complain for anything

Liked absolutely everything.

Everything. Great room, breakfast and especially Victoria. When we couldn't get a taxi at night she picked us up in her car. She and the place were fantastic in every way.
