The hotel was ideally located, close to the park and beach and all main transport links. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at both dinner and breakfast was of a high quality and plentiful.

Elevator is quite slow (but I had no huge expectations) and leaving your car in the inner coutryard requires sometimes good parking skills.

Breakfast was far more lavish (different dishes) than I expected. Variety of items, to be picked by adults and kids.

We stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer trip in Italy. For the short time it was perfect. Any longer and we would most likely staying a slightly larger hotel. The pool is fine but small, again fine for young children for a day or two. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only issue we had was the temperature of the shower in the morning, it didn't really get hot, it did in the evening though.

The hotel was lovely and the all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic and the views of the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other direction is outstanding. The room we had was clean and spacious and was made up every day without fail. The food in the restaurant was good and great value in the evenings. We can't wait to go again.

The pool was very small, and the jacuzzi was rather cool. It would have been nice to have two comfy chairs in our room.

Breakfast was exceptional - so much choice. There was a good variety of dinner menus, and four courses was more than enough for us. Three courses would have been plenty. Room was very comfortable with good, quiet, air-conditioning.

The hotel is very close to the beach, a minute's walk away. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The open buffet breakfast is quite filling. Fresh fruit juice, fresh delicious cakes and a filling breakfast will make you happy. In the evenings, you can have dinner on the romantic garden terrace for 25 euros per person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel prices are quite high because these are holiday resorts in the Tuscany region, the prices of Hotel Residence Villa Marzie are quite reasonable and they provide their customers with services above the 3-star hotel concept. It is a hotel that deserves 4 stars. The staff at the reception are very helpful and smiling, especially CHİARA and ANNİE are super smiling towards the customers and help in every way. I thank them very much because they are the smiling staff of the hotel. For example, if you want to rent a car or a bike, they help in almost every way and try to do their best for the customers.Also, the male staff member who works at the hotel at night, who was originally a lawyer but we learned that he no longer practices his profession, is very helpful and talkative.We wanted to stay at the hotel for 2 more weeks, but after mid-August, there was a holiday and public holiday period in this region for about a month, so the hotel rooms were not available for more days and were full. Reservations had been made in advance and the rooms were full. So we had to book another hotel nearby, regretfully. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a hotel to relax in this region and for its friendly and helpful staff. L'hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia, a un minuto a piedi. L'hotel dispone di una piscina e di una jacuzzi sulla terrazza panoramica. La colazione a buffet libero è abbastanza soddisfacente. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Marzia. The staff were exceptionally lovely, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop area, which features a swimming pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Forte center made it easy to explore the area by bike.
