We’ll definitely be back! Sergio and Maria are exceptional hosts – super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made our vacation special. The house feels like a home – very clean, cozy, with a big kitchen and a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace – and there are even some breakfast snacks available for everyone, which is a really nice touch. Free parking, beach towels, and umbrellas were also included, which made everything super easy. Also, the pool was cleaned every day. We truly enjoyed our stay and will 100% come back :)

This holiday stay exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout, the rooms and communal areas are finished to a high standard with everything you need to enjoy your time here, the bed was super comfy! The workmanship is flawless, everything has been well thought out, the pool area is clean and peaceful with sun loungers and umbrellas. A dip in the pool is very welcome after a day exploring beautiful Sicily! The host is a lovely helpful gentleman who has thought of everything, little touches go a long way, you will be pleasantly surprised with his time and effort and just how much he has thought of! The communal kitchen with large terrace is a wonderful way to enjoy breakfast with a sea view. The most perfect night stay to end our tour of Northern Sicily, we will be back !

Kids were asked not to jump into swimming pool and not to make much noise. Its added some stress to vacations with kids as this is what makes most fun for the 8th years old.

Modern very well maintained property, beautifull view and very clean everywhere. Owners are working hard to make your stay special and comfortable. Great place if you want to relax and enjoy the views. Also city itself is very beautifull.

We probably would have given an extra point. But what slightly bothered us was the thin walls and a lot of noise late during our first night. And that overall things felt a bit aseptic and lacking in warmth. Would have loved to see the owners or have a little more human interaction.

A very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Nice swimming pool, very good bathroom and a well stocked shared use kitchen and breakfast terrace. Castellammare del Golfo is a very nice place.

Location is great, very easy accessability for Zingaro NP, hot springs, Segesta temple etc. The hosts are very friendly. Some groceries for breakfast are available to all guests.

We didn’t like the concept of the shared kitchen. There are six rooms in the villa and practically it doesn’t work. The soundproof of the rooms can be beter.

Good location, nice view. Bottle of wine and water as a welcome present of the host. Good communication.

Everything! Villa is very well maintained and clean, comfortable and the owner very nice and takes care of all details! Even though breakfast is not included he provides some small things, including coffee that are very welcomed!

Everything was perfect so no complaints here!

Absolutely fantastic! Sergio was lovely and he had thought of literally everything; from beach towels (refreshed every few days), to beach parasols, to soaps and shampoo. The shared kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with olive oils, milk, breakfast etc. The room itself was brilliant - we had the suite which had two balconies and the bathroom was great. The kitchen had your own space in the fridge and you even had a little fridge in the room for more food. The location itself was 10 mins from castellamare, and 12mins from an amazing beach near scopello. Approx 30mins from the airport. We had a wonderful week here.

Perfect location with a spectacular view. Communal kitchen had everything you could want. Property is extremely clean throughout including the pool and outside area which was maintained daily. The host Sergio, goes out of his way to make your stay as perfect as possible.

This was a purely fantastic experience. A wonderful welcome from one of the friendliest owners I've encountered. Very comfortable and clean place. The views were stunning on all sides. Looking out to the sea one way and the mountains the other. The owner also provided a little bit of breakfast items too which was lovely. Couldn't recommend this place more. Would definitely return! Among many holiday breakes we had around Mediterranean Sea this was the most pleasure hospitality experience ever! Let's start with nice welcome by smiled owner who showed us around using translator. We felt from first moment He wants us feel like home. Later on during our stay He was texting us if we need towels etc. - this is more than usual! Spacious room and kitchen with superb terrace to have breakfast with beautiful view of City panorama and sea in front and some mountains behind. Everything we needed was available and well thought. Building itself and the pool seem to be brand new, maybe cos of their spotless cleanliness. Everything designed in modern, italian style. Surrounding is quiet and green of olive trees. You need a car or ebike to get there from centre, unless You're a very ambitious walker!

Nothing could have been better.

Amazing property with a modern room with a terrasse facing the sea amidst olive grove. Sergio was the best host and gave us a surprise in our fridge. And the pool is a perfect place to refresh. If only I knew before, I would stay much longer in Villa Maria. Meraviglioso!

The villa is truly remarkable! The room was impeccably clean, and the pool and terrace area were exceptionally delightful. The panoramic view is absolutely breathtaking. The room wasn't very soundproof, so we got disturbed by people showering in the room next door.

Sergio was a great host. The house was kept clean every day, the swimming pool was perfect, the kitchen was just fine to be great: enough, free coffee, oven, fridge, large table.. I couldn’t do it better

maybe because it’s new or maybe lack of fabrics it echoes a lot in the house, makes it difficult to be quiet in the common areas. Road leading down to the house is very bumpy and full of potholes, be aware when driving here.

fresh and clean, very modern. Some complementary breakfast articles are available and welcome wine was nice. wonderful view! About 15 minutes drive from Scopello. Nice shared kitchen with all you would need for preparing meals.
