The apartement is very close to the airport. It means that between 6.00 AM - 22.00 PM in every hour depart 3-4 flights, which makes a big noise in the room for a minute. During the week staying was no cleaning on the floor and waste collection, only changing the towels.

The host and his wife was very kind and friendly! The breakfast was good and various with fruits. The location is good, near the cost of River Arno. The city center is 25 min walk. The bed is comfortable with memory foam deckbed. The has 3 windows with shutter. The bathroom has a bide as well. Car parking is possible in the yard.

Getting in was a nightmare. If you don't have internet access (eg if you have a mobile from another country), you can't receive messages about how to get in. We were saved by a passerby who used his phone, but even then it was extremely difficult as the host does not live on-site.

Being next to the river. It was generally very quiet. A delicious, extensive breakfast, served by nice staff.

Great internet, very helpful and friendly even that we could not understand what the lady was saying. The area is quiet so a good night sleep. The room was clean and breakfast was nice and you could eat as much as you wanted.

There was an option for a late check-in. A lady came and explained how to use the keys and access the BnB. There was a slight language barrier when communicating in English, but we managed. The breakfast was quite simple but sufficient for one day – it wasn’t boring. As a vegetarian, I didn’t have many options, but it was acceptable. The staff was very polite overall. The lady in the kitchen, who made a very good cup of coffee, was extremely kind and made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable. There was a kettle with a selection of teas available in the room, as well as a TV, although I didn’t use it. There was also a small fridge, which I didn’t need either. Outside, there was a coffee machine with coffee available, so if someone wanted to make themselves a cup, it was easily accessible. It was a 30-minute walk from the airport and another 30-minute walk to the Leaning Tower, making it quite accessible with a pleasant stroll. The only downside was that the bed was quite soft, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place for a solo traveler, with friendly communication from both the owner and the staff. Perfect for a short stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Toscana B&B, staying there on our arrival and departure from Pisa. The lady in the Breakfast room was lovely, always smiling and remembering how we liked our coffee! She made the morning sunny even when it was raining.

We arrived here straight from Roma to have a good rest before going on an 8-hour drive. I really didn't like the fact that the room had mosquitos in it (early October) as I barely got any sleep because of it. I wasn't too convinced about room safety judging from the type of the key to our room. I think the pricing is a bit too high for what you get.

We liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also nice.

Next to River Arno, beautiful views just up the road. Walk over bridge to cool bistro, overlooking the river. Parking available on site useful for car hire return to airport. I had an early flight so stayed one night. Very helpful owner accommodated my disability, decent ground floor room. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent with wide choice. Peacefully away from tourist bustle of centre but easy to reach sights.

Building is not very well transformed - doors are not well sealed, you can hear all your neighbors, even if they speak normally, but, even if it is 5 min. away from the airport, and you can hear the planes departing, it is not that disturbing as expected.

It was one of the cleanest places we have ever been, congratulation to the lady in charge of the B&B. The building is a beautiful 19th century auberge, with big rooms, bathrooms. The breakfast is indeed excellent.

The exterior appearance of the house and garden is in contrast to the clean and comfortable interior.

City centre location close to the station but accessed via quiet back street which after dark, may concern some travellers. The air-conditioned room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was in a separate area of the house with a pleasant housekeeper on hand. Many thanks!
