We got the suite, it was great! It had all we needed, and it was super spacious. Breakfast was great as well, a lot of good options to choose from. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We chose a ‘small’ room, which was a squeeze with two suitcases. If we return, we would choose a larger room - but it was our choice.

Location excellent. Short stroll to town’s restaurants, beach and station. Host, Federico, wonderful. VERY helpful, informative and friendly. Breakfast was terrific; plenty of choice in a classy little setting.

The Hotel was in an excellent location for walking to the train station and town centre for numerous restaurants. The Hotel owner and his sister were wonderful hosts as were the ladies at breakfast which was very typical Italian simple but very filling. Couldnt fault the Hotel at all the friendlyness of the staff was great couldnt do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed Levanto as our base for the Cinque Terre and had a lovely day out on the ferry that went to Porto Venere and back stopping off at the towns of the Cinque Terre.

There was a good choice for breakfast but the dining room was packed very tightly with tables and chairs which made it quite difficult to navigate in and out of your seat.

It was very close - walking distance- to the train station, which made it the perfect homebase for our cinque terre adventure. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Parking is a bit expensive.

Spotless clean, comfortable bed, nice staff and very nice and abundant breakfast. Room was a bit small, but very comfy. Hotel has its own parking. It is close to the city center. Very nice garden.

The host was so nice and even without asking showed us a local map and told about all the things that is good to see and do in Levanto. It helped so much! Also room was new and clean - really nice experience!

- My room, 1 bis, was supposed to be Garden view, but unfortunately it was situated next to the lift and opposite the stairs so hardly any privacy. Other guests coming home (late) were loudly chatting in front of my room while they were waiting for the lift :( Had i known beforehand, i would have booked a different room (at the same hotel) - After dark, the last part of the walk from town to the Villa is a bit dangerous

- Breakfast very good, fresh and lots of choice - Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception - The room and bathroom were very clean
