Exceptional accomodation and breakfast including a great selection of homemade cakes and treats Beautiful room, with large bathroom. Villa is walking distance to the centre of town and to the river. Our host gave us great recommendations for different areas to visit and eat. 10/10

Simply everything was great. A warm welcome, a nice place with a lovely room, a great breakfast, and the very friendly Margherita, who gave many tips on what to do or where to eat. We felt completely comfortable here and recommend it to anyone looking to spend a day or more in the Prosecco hills.

The only "negative" thing is the crowded street just next to the House. But it was quiet during nighttime.

The room was very cozy with nice furniture and a small balcony. There was a sauna in the garden, which we could use. We also tried the free Reiki Sessions the owner of the house provided. Best of all was the breakfast with the a big variety of small homemade cakes which were fresh and unique. The couple and the mum were super friendly. It's only five minutes to the city centre.

The hosts are wonderful people, very kind and warm. They are always helpful, offering advice about places to visit and recommending restaurants. Margherita even sat down with us after breakfast to prepare an itinerary for the day when our original plans had fallen apart. The villa is a beautifully renovated old building, preserved with attention to the smallest details, which adds amazing charm to the place. The garden is very well maintained, with a jacuzzi that's perfect for relaxing. The breakfasts are delicious, featuring a local selection of hams, cheeses, and homemade pastries. There is also parking space available inside the property.

After a warm welcome session in their little wine cellar with Margherita and Franco, we stayed unforgetable days in a with much love reactivated historical house with only 3 bed rooms! A Breakfast with many local special foods, daily changing tasty cookies/cakes (thanks to Margherita's passion for bakery!) and a very very special "Dinner for Two" cooked by Margherita and perfect supported/served by Franco >>MADE OUR DAYS<< Margherita and Franco don't stop to live your dreams and yes we will definitely see each other again!
