The rooms could benefit from more thorough renovations. While the dinner was good, the portions were rather small and the price felt too high. For two people, the cost of dinner is nearly the same as one night’s stay with breakfast included.

The owner and staff are really friendly and do everything to make you feel at home. The restaurant is great, definitely worth trying! Breakfast was okay, but there’s still a bit of room for improvement. The surrounding park is beautiful and adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The location is surely a hidden gem, around 1 hour from venice airport. It has a 1000 year long history where the current family has it now for 8 generation. first hosting diplomates and other guests including Napoleon. The last 20 years changing to a hotel that has unique history, Fantastic team, Fantastic food and drinks. thanks for this Fantastic experience.

We began to run out of menu options after a week’s stay.

Pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, salami, cheese, several types of bread, fruit so something to suit all tastes on the buffet.

Lovely place in the hinterland of Venice, great for a couple of rest when in transit or as "base camp" to explore the area. Treviso, about 40min away by car, is absolutely worth a visit, best in the evening!

A beautiful, old but maintained villa with a beautiful garden with waterfalls and facilities, once a monastery, exudes the beauty of the past. It is organized for larger solemn celebrations and weddings, but it retains the necessary intimacy if you are traveling alone or as a couple. The room is spacious, airy and bright, the bathroom is maintained and has a view of the garden. I was particularly impressed by the antique parquet floors, which are very difficult to find in such good condition today. Breakfast is typical Italian, sweet, but with enough variety and salty food. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional, there is a feeling that they are like a big family. The garden pool is spacious and well equipped. Recommendation for a restaurant within the hotel, reserve a table in time. The food is extremely well prepared and tasty.

A magical place in the middle of beautiful Italian countryside. Spacious rooms with air conditioning and gardens surrounding Villa Luppis make it a perfect getaway. The restaurant serves delicious food and offers quality wine. Having a dinner with a view of fontana and garden as the dusk slowly settles in, makes it an unforgettable romantic experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I think could have been improved was the selection of lunch options by the pool. Some tasty, fresh sandwiches and salads would have been perfect!

The location, atmosphere and friendliness of staff was second to none! It is truly a family run hotel and you could tell how the owners prided themselves with ensuring guests are made to feel welcomed and at home. The grounds were stunning and the food excellent. The chef went out of his way to ensure that, as vegetarians, we had plenty of choice and options for our meals.

I have no suggestions for improvement. It was perfect.

We were visiting family and the Villa Lupis was a perfect location for our needs. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the grounds were stunning and the rooms were more than comfortable. The pool area was an amazing place to rest in the afternoons. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel.

We liked very much of Villa Luppis charming atmosphere and beautiful surrounding. Personel were very friendly and nice. Room (suite) was unique and breakfast very delicious. Pool area was great. It was all and more what we wished for our relaxing vacation.
