Reviews of Villa Luise 3 stars

Very nice, quaint little villa, situated relatively close to the center (though uphill); great for easy access to bus stops and cable car stations. All was very clean and quiet; very helpful and friendly staff, with useful tips for the area. Also nice breakfast spread options and good coffee!

Not the fault of the owners, but guests should be aware it is a moderate uphill climb from the town square, and should be taken into consideration.

Top notch. We loved the place. The business is family owned and this showed in the way the accomodation is presented. The family are amazing. The food was so so good and we never left a meal feeling hungry. The chef is an amazing cook, supported by his lovely wife, and his parents. We ate dinner there instead of going down town and it was a 5 course meal that was to die for. I'm a hard marker but these people absolutely nail it. The view from the rooms are stunning and the facilities are great too. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners keep this place in great order. Everything works! The cleaners are long term staff and really are a part of the family. This shows in their presence and attention to detail/quality.

The stay was too short. There's nothing to be disappointed about.

It may be slightly uphill, but the walk is not that bad and you’ll notice most of the properties are Ortisei are like that :)

Property is well located and only a short walk to the main part of the town. Property is overall nice and clean with good character, breakfast included was good and free parking. Staff were reasonably friendly. They have lots of good reading materials and maps for the local area and summer hiking routes - I really liked the amount of information available... haven't really seen this in other places before.

Unfortunately on my first night I was kept awake due to noisy neighbours, but this is not the fault of the hotel, more due to ignorant travellers with no consideration for other people. The hotel managed it well and changed my room for the second night of my stay.

Very friendly and cosy athmosphere. The staff were very attentive and made our stay a great experience.

parking the car was a little project: 40 m steep curved path to a packed lirrttlr garage or to the patio where the remander of the cars where parked. Quite dome manoeuvring

Very clean and comfortable room, exceptional staff (especially Katerina!), great views. Dinner was fabulous (not included in the price but a great value) and the breakfast was a step above the norm with the inclusion of eggs ordered how you want.
