Excellent location with private entrance to public beach. Beautiful walk near by which brings you to Sperlonga center 10-15 mins walk. Spacious room and kitchenette with all necessary amenities. Very friendly personal.

Stunning views and location. Villa Luisa is perfectly situated on the beach and a short walk (10-15 minutes) the beautiful old town. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I will definitely be returning.

The Villa has a wonderful location, its a magical place just next to the beach. We loved the garden, the terrace and the sound of the sea. The owner and personel are lovely people. The apartment is small but comfortable and very clean.

Spectacular location overlooking the sea. About 15 minutes easy walk along the beach to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Rooms were light and spacious, the wonderful balcony has glorious views..

1. The well-equipped kitchenette needed to be deep cleaned (layer of dust/grease from previous guests on shelves). 2. The family apartment is on the ground floor and the small closet smelled musty, so impossible to store anything inside - had to keep most things in suitcases, which gets chaotic after a couple of days. 3. The family room is kind of dark and the tv about the size of a tablet; we had two rainy days and it’s not really an ideal place to spend mich time inside. The balcony faces the garden/side of the property (no beach view at all/beach view blocked by large plants). Allessandro did kindly invite us to spend time in the breakfast room, but we declined.

Nice and tidy apartments right by the sea. Great location, 10 minutes to the city center. Big garden at the property and very helpful hosts. We enjoyed every moment and it was a fantastic short holiday. Thank you!

The location was lovely beside the beach, the host was very nice and hospitable, the breakfast was very generous, the room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't want to leave and would certainly stay again

Communication with host had some glitches: like last minute alert of possible change of room (luckily didn't happen), or payment owed to him - not a language problem. Hot water becomes scorching in a few seconds.

Rented the mini apartment w kitchenette end of September. Very clean space, very comfortable bed, unscented bedsheets, small but functional kitchen. Private outdoor sitting space. Quiet, shaded garden. A few steps from the free beach. Host provides beach chairs at no charge. Must bring back. About 15 min safe walk to lovely town. Host very kind and helpful. Breakfast had fesh fruit and plain yogurt along with flavored kind, and ok granola. Also savory food but never had it. Home made espresso and cappuccino. Guests alert: If you're driving watch out for the right turn from the SS 213: you might take it for a sidewalk, but it's not. Also, name of b&b is very small to the right of the gate.

Nothing!!!

Amazing place! Everything was incredibly beautiful and nice! The view is stunning, through the pine trees to the sea. Even more spectacular than in the pictures! The apartment was spacious with a perfect bathroom with a window and lots of space to stow everything for the whole family. Beds are comfortable. Huge balcony! Relaxing garden with huge old pine trees providing shade. We stayed on the sunbeds in the garden and walked through the gate directly onto the beach. It was the perfect mixture between privacy and beach. And no need to worry about our belongings, like phones etc. as the gate is locked. Very good homemade breakfast was served on the terrace by the owner itself which leads me to the best part of it: The owners! They are so friendly, polite, helpful, really just everything you can wish for! Alessandro provided us with all the information we could need. Restaurants, hiking trips, visits to Terracina and so on. And he always was at hand for any questions. The place would probably be called a very luxurious bed and breakfast - but it is so much more: It is a place where it felt like we were staying with good friends or even with family. Everything was better than 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay at your place!

Nothing to complain about , maybe some people would miss an Air Conditioner, but it was just fine for me.

Everything is just perfect, the room is wide and well lighted, the beach is right there, is the most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever been regarding hotels. I am looking forward to come back anytime soon.

Some of the neighbouring houses had loud music in the evening which could be heard through the walls but it stopped in time to sleep.

Villa Luisa is wonderful. It is located right on the beach with a beautiful front and back garden - the jasmine smelled amazing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom was incredibly clean. Perfect for a few quiet days to relax.

This is a place to breathe and relax. So if you want to be on the go this isn’t the place to do it. It was great for us.

So amazing. So friendly and so helpful. Breakfast is the best. It is a very secure location and so gorgeous. The host even helped us with accommodation the day we left closer to Rome. The shower was amazing. The best we’ve had in 4 weeks away.

The location was superb. It isn't often that you can find a place to stay on the beach. The property is lush and opens right to a great swimming beach. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice.
