The hotel is on the busy lake road and the entrance is quite awkward to turn into and very difficult to turn out of - they really need mirrors to see oncoming traffic. Apparently this needs the mayor's permission but it's hard to see why this would not be granted. It's the first season and there are a few niggles but I am sure they will get ironed out. Our room on the top floor had a huge terrace but no umbrella or awning so it was too hot to make use of it most of the time and sitting by the poolside, although comfortable and uncrowded, wasn't as peaceful due traffic noise.

Good location, about 10-15 minutes' walk along the lakefront promenade into town; lovely views; very helpful staff. There's a small lake beach just opposite the hotel for longer swims / paddle-boarding as the hotel pool is on the small side.

They just are so friendly and outstanding service. The view onto the lake is spectacular. The breakfast is served and they just keep asking you, what they should bring you. Also during the day , drinks or food wherever you want whenever you want. Modern Hotel, stunning rooms. We will for sure be back

Location is fantastic looking over lake but you need to walk a good 10-15minutes to get to restaurants.

Having recently opened, we stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect —just a five-minute walk to countless restaurants and the town center. A great bonus is the on-site parking. The hotel features a lovely, small pool for relaxing (not heated), and you can swim directly in the lake just across the street. The breakfast was a great, extensive spread, especially by Italian standards. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. They were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. While the value for money is a personal decision, we were very happy with our choice.

They need more servers for breakfast. It’s too much for one person and slows everything down. Hotel only serves breakfast so you have to venture out for dinner which is a shame. And no lunchtime snacks offered. A few finishing touches still to go around the hotel. Room photos were not accurate when I booked (so did not get the room I thought I had booked) - they have updated their photos now I saw. Should use proper duvet covers and not ‘wrap’ sheets around the duvet. It’s not pleasant to wake up with an uncovered duvet - or hygienic.

Beautiful new hotel. Views spectacular. Only opened for a few months. Attention to detail is fabulous. Wonderful breakfast and spotlessly clean. Brilliant air con! Lovely pool (although not in use for one day due to draining and refilling). Water given in room every day. Lovely welcome and goodbye gift- thank you! Sophia (on reception) always went out of her way to help and gave you a fabulous smile!

The breakfast was amazing but too much and we were wasting food although I did ask on day one if we could just have some of it we wanted. Not a criticism per se but wasteful. Coffee sometimes lukewarm. No parasols for sunloungers around pools. The hotel is new and I am sure they are working these things out.

Staff amazing. Rooms incredible. Ours was the only one with a huge bath in the room itself , we are not keen on baths so avoid this one if you would prefer more space. Views over the lake spectacular . So clean and quiet.

The place was so clean and well decorated. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I got an upgrade to bigger room for my special occasion. They welcomed me with drinks and fruits upon arrival and were open for any further assistance. The breakfast was perfect and halal options of meet has been provided to us. Everything was perfect, and for sure I will revisit the hotel upon my next trip to Italy and will recommend it for my friends and family. & Thank you leopardi for the special olive oil gift :)

The wi-fi was not great (at least not in our unit), but that seems to be the case across the lake. The place is new, so the units are not yet clearly categorised as having full or partial view, terrace or balcony, couch (and other amenities) or not - so the differences may not be super-clear and one might get a room that is not exactly the one on the pictures. This sort of happend in our case, but it was promptly and professionally fixed. And we saw some people with cameras, probably taking more pictures to add online, to avoid similar confusions. :)

The villa is beautiful, nicely renovated with quality materials, well-maintained and clean. It is conveniently located at the edge of the town, only a couple of minutes away on foot (and the town is really charming). Units with full/direct view over the lake are a dream. Ours also had a large lounge/couch from which one could look out when the weather did not allow sitting on the balcony. It also had all the other amenities one might need over a couple of days. The breakfast was varied and copious (but not wasteful, as it is served and not a buffet), always served with a smile and open to adjustments. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. We hope to come back and stay a bit longer.

Everything was really classy and staff was always ready to help, they were more than welcoming. The location is super nice, city of Torri del Benaco is just a few minutes walking distance and the view of the lake is amazing. Hotel is new and decorated with style. It is a perfect spot for exploring north and south of the eastern side of the like.

There are just some improvements we recommend: the Wifi could be better. We got disconnected a lot of times and for streaming it was not working at all. Also the parking could be organized better e.g. paint the parking spots on the floor. In high season I could imagine that there are not enough parking slots for everyone.

The hotel is brand new, they opened just a couple of weeks ago! We booked the junior Suite and the room was amazing. From the bed you can see the lake and we had a huge balcony. The staff was helpful and really nice. In the room we had a coffee machine and a water cooker. The breakfast was really good. No buffet, but you can order whatever you want. They have a huge list to choose from. We recommend the hotel and would come back next time.
