Everything!! Location just outside the city walls .. the property is furnished to the highest standard and everything about it was immaculate. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly .. we would highly recommend this villa!

Everything was well thought-out - from the comfy bathrobe and slippers to the complimentary water and kettle in the room. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming.

The owners were accommodating and doted on us. They listened to all of our ad hoc requests and were hospitable from the start to finish. The walled city was literally a 2 minute walk across the street from the entrance to the place, so this was also incredibly convenient.

Truly everything was perfect. Our room and bathroom was wonderful, clean and spacious. We had a beautiful balcony where we had breakfast in the mornings. Monica and Manuela were wonderful hosts and truly made us feel like home. We stayed in many different places in Tuscany and this was out favorite, we wish we could have stayed longer. Also the location was 10/10.

The place was amazing! Very charming. Everything was super nice and clean & they have a free parking. Monica was the best!!! Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing everything was very fresh. Highly recommended & definitely will comeback again.

Everything met my expectations so I have no complaints.

A beautiful villa with kind and welcoming staff on hand at all times. My room was spacious and beautifully presented with robes and slippers and welcome chocolates. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed my stay here, very close to town.

Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay. We were unable to get the towel rail to work so it was a struggle to dry our wet clothes.

The room and in particular the bed were very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. It was quiet but in very close proximity to the city walls which made it extremely well located for the city.

Price is quite steep (we payed €250 for a night), but if you compare to other B&B's you do get value for money. We would book again even though a bit on the pricier side.

Secure parking behind a gate, exactly what we needed. Perfect location, within 5mins by foot you're within the walls of the city. Check-in was really easy and flexible. Such a gorgeous room, provided with every comfort needed. Extremely comfortable beds (the best of our whole trip). We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect.

Monica and Manuela have thought of every detail to provide a lovely sojourn. They serve an excellent breakfast, on the private balcony if requested. The rooms are comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Free and easy parking. The property is literally steps away from one of the gates into the old town but a quiet oasis to return to after a long day and/or evening.

Wonderful staff, so welcoming and understanding, they tried their best to make our stay flawless. The room was beautiful and squeaky clean, equipped with anything we could ever need. A lot of attention to detail. The breakfast area was so adorably decorated! Totally recommend.

Villa La Tuia is an exceptional place, the detail, the interior, the extras, the staff, the food. Everything is done to perfection. Every standard is high. The location is perfect. It’s a real gem. The beds and linen were pure luxury. The original tiles flooring is stunning and the over all interior is very stylish. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I’ve already told all my friends to stay here.
