Wow! Wasn't expected that! Beautiful place with lots of grass, The breakfast concept is perfect! Great room size. The staff is so kind! Private parking, everything is phone controlled. Easy to communicate! Well Done!!

The boiler was leaking a bit.

The rooms are spacious and clean. A breakfast basket was still available for us, even though we had not included it with our room. Nice garden and seating area. Location close to Como. Safe parking with a gate that closes at night.

Everything is perfect

It’s very comfortable, cosy and friendly. The staff were amazing and helpful. The place is modern and stylish. The room is big enough not to mention the bathroom. The location is great. There are lots of bus stops nearby. Easy to get to the city.

The villa is great, with a nice garden. The rooms are comfortable, modern and very clean. The breakfast is amazing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to us. There is parking onsite.

The hotel is located directly on a very busy street. The windows aren’t isolated well. We recommend earplugs for the light sleeper.

Very nice location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast presentation with fresh home made pastries, large and clean room, a big bathroom. The owner gave us all the information we need to visit the area and find great local food.

The metal stairs and no kettle were the only little things. The stairs looked cool and fit the vibe, but they were pretty noisy – probably not in every room, but in ours, you definitely couldn’t sneak down quietly. Let’s be real, you don’t need to make a big announcement just to nip to the loo, right? Might be worth swapping them out for something quieter. Also, would’ve been nice to have a kettle for a quick cup of tea.

We really liked the location and facilities here. We drove to Como and stayed at this place – they have their own secure car park, which was a big plus for peace of mind. Another thing that stood out was how easy it was to communicate with them – they were happy to chat via WhatsApp, which made things so much easier as a foreign traveller. The location might seem a bit tucked away in a quiet residential area, but don’t be fooled – it’s actually really convenient. There are two bus stops nearby that can take you around the lake to different villages, and buses in Italy are surprisingly punctual and affordable.

First time arrival could be confusing. It's difficult to locate it because the signs are not clear. Walls were thin, we could hear the next rooms television and traffic. Breakfast was not really worth the price but presentation was very good.

Large room with very comfortable bed. Everything was new and clean and modern. Beautiful lawn outside. Entry to property and room wad through a phone app. Staff was very helpful and respectful. We were there for only one night, would definitely go again.

Loved it! It’s new, it’s very spacious, has everything you need. Great parking, lovely room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Breakfast is very cute! Location is great if you’re coming by car and explore the area from there.

Breakfast was a really nice surprise - served in a quint basket. The venue is well located for an overnight stay if you are travelling. The room is very spacious, with the amenities that you would require. Gabriele our host is very pro-active in providing the right information and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was a great experience.

Although, we loved the idea of the breakfast basket, there was always a bit too little for everyone, especially if there are more than 2 people. The option to chose if it's vegetarian/vegan or with meat would be nice on. Also the option to chose if it's sweet and/or salty would have been nice on a daily basis. With that option we think there would be less food waste.:)

We really liked how clean and modern the villa was. The people working were very friendly, available and always ready to help!:) We also loved the idea of the breakfast basket!:)
