Beautiful place and surroundings, peaceful, very warm and responsive staff. Great place especially if you have a car to drive around to neighbouring towns and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast with fresh local foods. Highly recommended for families with kids!

Excellent and informative staff. Exceptional breakfast. Located 7 minutes from a local train station that takes you directly into the Centre of Florence and has free parking. Grounds and pool were perfect! It was built in the1600's, so you experience local culture, history and comfort here.

Off the top of my head nothing really comes to mind. POSSIBLY, late night snack options or an area to purchase food / snacks if needed. I know that is silly, but that is something I was craving and did not have.

The location was fine. We simply had to travel some winding roads and become used to that. My brother and his two daughters had booked this place and my son and I followed him here. The staff members were INCREDIBLE. We laughed and joked and they were so very helpful! i did not have a chance to meet the owners as my brother did. He said they were also really down to earth and so kind. However, I do not like the front desk "young" lady because she thought my brothers jokes were funnier!!! (kidding) She was so helpful. She tolerated my jokes and became funny back at me. She was always laughing and smiling. Johanna (?) who prepared and served the breakfast is AMAZING. Kind, helpful, polite and always had a bright smile on her face. The breakfast was delicious with mostly everything sourced from local farmers etc. Eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, bread, croissants, cereal, coffee juice etc. are some of the items. The room was fine and accommodating. My son and I were very comfortable. Shower pressure was really good and the beds were comfortable, not luxurious, but comfortable enough. The grounds were really incredible for what the place is and when it was built. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The property is located very close the the big autobahn and there is constant traffic which you hear everywhere.

The reception, when we arrived was lovely, friendly and welcoming. It felt like coming home, where l felt pleased to be. The room was very comfortable, so I had a good nights sleep. We were recommended a place to eat out in the evening and the owner phoned the restaurant to make our reservation The breakfast selection, for me, was large. Thank you

Loved everything!

We loved everything! The breakfast was homemade with lots of pastries, coffee choices, fresh eggs, cheese, cerea...Fresh homemade honey. Sooo good. The owners were wonderful and also all of the staff. I dropped an earring down the sink and they joyfully retrieved it! They had the sweetest donkey and miniature horse. A small chapel and a old restored olive mill grinder preserved inside the family residence. They even called for local reservations. When we left they gave us a nice gift. They felt like family. Helped make our trip to Florence special. Parking right on property. Nice view. Beautiful landscape with a pool. Stay here, you will love it!

Access road (cca 300m) is unpaved (gravel) and can only accommodate one car to pass at a time, which makes quite a challenge to navigate if someone is coming your way. Highway is quite close so sleeping with the windows closed at night is a must.

The place is really nice - the hallways are decorated in a lovely vintage style and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and there are various options of domestic products. The whole countryside setting is appealing to both couples and families with children. The location is quite convenient, especially if you want to visit Florence - Villa Constanza car park, which is less than 10 mins drive, is the first stop for T1 tram, which takes you to the city center in about 20 mins (you can either park there or somewhere in Scandicci along the T1 route - second stop also has a free car parking nearby)

No issues. Met all our needs.

Hosts were extremely helpful especially when we needed help with a broken suitcase lock they helped provide us with screwdrivers and pliers. All with Google translate and hand signs. Thank you! You are life savers :) Lovely breakfasts. 10min car ride to tram station with free parking. Tram is 20mins to centre of Florence, so excellent location with free parking just outside of Florence if you want somewhere quiet to come back to after a hard day of sightseeing. Would defo recommend.

low wi-fi singal but we weren't there for it

Great pool in all terms, better than in most other places, very few people or nobody was around the pool during our stay, great restaurant right next to the property. Host even kindly provided us with the breakfast at 07:00 since we had to leave early for the airport. Thank you!

Loud highway noise was disappointing, but there’s nothing that can be done about it.

The property itself was beautiful with amazing views, only caveat was the highway noise which was loud while outside. Wifi was fantastic and breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and friendly and quick to assist. Cute animals on the property to pat and feed; the receptionist even brought us some carrots to feed the donkey and ponies.
