A beautiful Italian villa in Fumane while being nestled away in stunning grounds. Diambra and Ivan are fantastic hosts and couldn’t be more helpful.

This is probably the most amazing place I have ever been. Its an experience that I would recommend to everyone. Amazing villa with big spacious rooms and authentic furniture. Lovely view from our room, big green and quiet surroundings. Hosts are very friendly and really responsive. Diambra was so kind with all my requests and even helped me with Gardaland booking that I was unable to do for several days. She has also recommended us nearby restaurants and made some of the reservations for us. She is preparing by herself delicious and rich breakfast with croissants, eggs, fresh juice and much more each morning. This is upon additional charge, but otherwise you can enjoy italian breakfast( croissants, biscuits ) and coffee included in the price and available in the room. Hope to come back again!

Excellent villa with so many thoughtful touches. Hosts (Ivan and Diambra) are really really nice and they go above &beyond. Excellent recommendations given (such as giving us the name of a family run, affordable winery tour and tasting, rather than the highly commercialised ones). I cannot forget the breakfast we had, personally cooked by Diambra, with a wide spread of eggs, breads, quiches, cheeses, yoghurt, fruits and a lot more. Hosts are really friendly responsive, which makes the stay really warm. The villa is tucked away in a quiet area and the house is huge and spacious with many common areas to lounge in. Ivan was really careful in telling me to move my car as the trees may wither. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!!! ❤️

Nothing all perfect

This is a beautiful Italian Villa run by the most amazing host Ivan and Diambra . We stayed in the garden room with our Dog and Cat and we felt at home . The place has a lovely atmosphere and the gardens are secure. We stayed an extra night because we loved it so much . The area is great to explore especially with Diambra’s recommendations for places to go and the best places to eat . We already are planning to return

We have had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Villa Guarienti Mariani and we can’t thank our host Diambra enough. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, and tours were absolutely perfect and added so much to our experience. The villa itself is stunning. Every room is spacious, full of light, and tastefully decorated with charming antique touches that make the space feel both elegant and welcoming. You can tell there's been so much care and attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast each morning was a true highlight: authentically Italian, beautifully presented, with freshly made pastries that were both savoury and sweet, all made with impeccable attention to detail. Each morning was different and It truly felt like such a treat to start each day that way. Thank you, Diambra, for your incredible hospitality, we truly had an unforgettable stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Our stay at the villa was simply perfect. We stayed in the garden apartment which was extremely comfortable and beautifully setup. It was perfect for our stay with our small dog, as she loved the direct access to the garden. The rest of the villa and common areas were truly beautiful. Diambra was the perfect host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, full of local and homemade dishes. We hope to be back very soon

Magnificent stayover in that beautiful Villa that has so much charme and was renovated into a perfect setting. Such a peaceful, inspiring place. The rooms were very spacious, everything was functioning perfectly, there is airconditioning, I wish I would have that kind of bathroom at home. There were bathroom products, enough towels and even slippers. The decoration in the rooms and common areas is just wonderful and kept within the spirit of the house. The garden is beautiful, perfect to relax and switch off, with a view on the vinyards. No unwanted noise, just peace. The property is completely fenced and as such perfect for a stay with dogs. The breakfast freshly prepared and more that we could have ever eaten with sweet and salty options. Very good restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. And within 20-30 minutes you can reach Garda Lake or Verona. Last but not least the hosts were incredibly friendly and very helpful. They made the place a perfect one to stay. Thank you.

The property is in a quiet location in the town of Fumane within a gated property. Upon pulling through the large iron gate you see we’ll manicured lawns and large shade trees. Our suite/room was on the bottom floor which had its own side private entrance which was great for loading/unload the car. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. It had a great heater that did well heating the entire room. The shower and other amenities were great. The room came with a pod coffee maker that made a great cup of joe before breakfast. WiFi worked great and felt like we were staying in a 17th century castle. Breakfast was amazing and something different every day we were there (3).

Attractive old family villa with typical decor retained. Great welcome from attentive hosts. Within a short walk of many good restaurants. Parking on property. Good base to explore Valpolicella and the surrounding area.

Beyond any expectations. Our stay at the Villa was perfect and the owners were so helpful and welcoming. Huge apartment with modern kitchen. The details and furniture in the old villa made an exceptional atmoaphere. The breakfast is lovely and varies from day to day. Thank you so much Diambra and Ivan. We’ll be definately coming back.

If we had to gripe, it would be breakfast. We found it quite strange that our kids were asked what eggs they wanted but the adults were completely ignored.

The historic property is surrounded by vineyards and has ample grounds for you to relax, the rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four, and the bedroom slippers and common pool table were much appreciated. the beautiful antiques made this property even more special. We thought the location made a great base to escape from the more touristy parts of Lake Garda, etc. The hosts were friendly and hospitable and had lovely suggestions on where to eat, etc.

Town of Fumane has no public electric charger. New HPC about 7 miles away on SS12, but somewhat hidden near Terme della Valpolicella Villa Quaranta.

A typical farmhouse in the hills from the Valpoliccela area, hosted by the nicest people you can possibly come across, this B&B is the perfect location to explore this incredible wine region, as well as to have a quick gateway to the Garda Lake. Diambra and Ivan made us feel at home from the very beginning! they look after this old (huge) house, located next to some wineries in the top of the hill in Fumane. They will cater a nicely picked breakfast with fruits, jam and pastries, together with a freshly brewed coffee. If you need recommendations on where to eat or go, they will point on the right direction! And as a bonus, if you are a wine enthusiast, you will love talking to Ivan about it. As for the room, it was incredibly spacious, with an awesome vintage aura in it. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower was good, however expect the old style bathtub with a shower handle, nothing fancy but does the job. We will certainly come back for a longer stay next time.
