Very nice and cozy hotel in a great location. Rooms are very big, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The hotel is on the main road, but still it was very quiet inside. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic owners, doing everything possible to make us feel at home. Not a lot option at the breakfast but there is some variation everyday, which is appreciated. No comment on the view from the room: mountains and only mountains!

The owners were very kind and friendly, full of energy and always available for a talk ,to give suggestions on the hikes or any other necessity. The room was very clean and the location was super nice , very quiet village where you can enjoy some peace and nature . The garden of the property was well kept , nice to lay or sit down in a sunny day. The breakfast was good with croissants, yogurt , bread , cheese , marmalade, cappuccino, juices etc.. i recommend this B&B !

Was there even something NOT to like? Everything was just perfect: the cozy room, the perfect location (close to Bolzano but far enough from the noisy crowds), the amazing breakfast, the views of the mountains, the zen garden, the little vila... but mostly, the hosts Edith and Martin! It was just a hug away from home! We even got a few suggestions from them about what we could do, which we took, and it ended up being a perfect day.

Edith and Martin, our hosts, were simply wonderful from the moment we arrived. They gave us recommendations for trips and showed interest in our well-being every morning. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the rooms were very clean and had a lovely view. The hotel’s location is very central for a number of trips in the Dolomites area

We had a very relaxing stay for 6 nights at this fabulous B&B located in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was superb with homemade recipes. Edith and Martin were marvelous hosts and always available for our needs. It was a pleasure to know them and we will definitely return!

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous B&B, Eggan/Ega is a great option for visiting the Dolomites. and highly recommend this place to all our friends. We had the room with double balcony and fabulous view of Mt Latimar. Martin and Edith are the best hosts you can hope for and the breakfast is 5 star! We hope we can reciprocate their hospitality when they come to visit New Zealand! The room is large and spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy! The local Pizzeria is the best I have EVER eaten, so is a must visit! On Day 2 we took the gondola up to the Alpe di Siusi and walked around there a couple of hours....stunning views and highly recommend. We then continued on the full circuit of the Dolomites, a great day out! What I am trying to say is Eggen is a great base for exploring the Dolomites!

Breakfast was freshly made, good choices. Room was perfect. Edith and Martin were fabulous hosts, we felt we were staying with friends. We would love to have stayed longer, cannot recommend this B&B high enough.

Edith and Martin host our favorite stop through Italy. You can tell they love what they do, their breakfast is truly 5-star, the units are extremely nice with top notch appliances, and the house is impeccably clean. We truly loved everything about our stay.

We stayed here for 1 night (our first night in the Dolomites) and it was absolutely perfect! Situated in a tiny little village in the mountains, it felt like we were in a fairy tail! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, extremely hospitable, and made the most delicious food! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location. Amazing room, mountain-feel and cozy yet modern and in great shape. Amazing couple who own and run the place, their hospitality made me feel so welcomed. The town is adorable and looks like it's straight from a storybook or the Sound of Music. Amazing breakfast as well. Could not recommend this place more, wish I could live here! American-friendly as well for us monolingual English speakers! The owners are fluent in English, Italian, and German. The restaurants and businesses in town also speak great English as well so don't let the fear of a language barrier hold you back from this slice of paradise.
