Wow! this place has excellent parking. It is a huge mansion in gorgeous grounds. The rooms are awesome and huge. The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. She will organise a taxi for 25 euros each way to take you to the old part of Siracusa (Ortygia) and the taxi will collect you from the statue of Archimedes at a later time to return you to Villa Giulia. The swimming pool is excellent.

Beautiful villa with a pool and a billiard. The room was huge with a large bathroom with a jet shower and a bath. I will definitely want to come back!

There's a pool table that needs to limited to 8 PM as is the indoor pool.

Pamela and Paolo were great hosts. The Villa is stunning. The amenities superb. It is close to the action in Syracuse (for me seeing the UNESCO sites) but far enough that you don't feel like you are in the city. There is an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath right now. Outdoor pool almost ready for water to be added. Parking is free and onsite. Easy access to grocery stores too. The Villa has a full kitchen with a big fridge that guests can use as well as a small one in the room.

The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

No in house breakfast. A voucher was provided for a continental breakfast at a cafe-bakery a km or so away. A bit far from the historic old town and no nearby restaurant. Better to have a car.

Above and beyond what one would expect. Beautifully renovated luxurious villa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. Room well appointed including a large screen TV. Bathroom is first rate. In reality was a small apartment. All spotlessly clean. Wifi effective. Free onsite parking.

Just a perfect place! Nice, clean, spacious, luxury. The SPA and the swimming pool are to add more value to this fantastic place! Private parking and rich Italian breakfast only can make the stay really perfect! This Villa went far from our expectations in a positive way!

The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

Breakfast is not at the villa unforunatelly. You are given a voucher to use it in a local bakery, very hard to park there and very loud, not convenient you need to know that.

Amazing villa very clean and spacious, felt home away from home. Room spacious and very cozy, quiet we slept very well. Enternainemen area is very nice, our kids enjoyed it ! Swimming pool and SPA it a big plus after a long day of visit :) Staff very friendly and welcoming !
