The rooster's 5 am wake-up calls 😂😂 were a little rougher than the 7am crow. We were in a standard room outside the villa. Since there is no AC, (there are ceiling and floor fans so we were fine), we slept with the windows open. In front of the window is a rooftop from which the rooster likes to crow. It actually became quite endearing after the initial shock.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this countryside property. The property is surrounded by tranquil garden spaces where the villa's ducks, peacocks and cats wander freely. The pool is a nice place to cool off and relax after a day at the beach or exploring the local sites. The rooster made 7am wake-up calls to get us ready for breakfast and for the day's adventure. Helpful and considerate staff (Anna) who welcomes you at breakfast, is always ready to provide suggestions for area visits/restaurants.

I would just mention the lack of air conditioner in my room, but it was acceptable and wouldn't change my 10 grade for the hotel.

Staff is really nice and kind. The pool area is simply fantastic. I felt I was in the old rome Empire. The garden is really cool and animals well treated. Breakfast is also very good. Distance from town for me was good, but need to have a car. This place is definitely in my top 5 hotel in booking.com.

There were plastic flowers in the room—I personally prefer real ones. Also, the birds outside were quite loud early in the morning.

It was a lovely stay. I didn't know what to expect and was charmed by the arrival and charmed by my stay there. The rooms are lovely. They are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The gardens are surrounded by beautiful countryside and all is encompassed in a wonderful view. It's both very comfortable and at the same time old worldly and quirky. I really enjoyed myself there and I'll definitely be going back and recommend to anyone.

Free Parking close, though outside of villa gate but with cameras, but it does mean u have to take luggage up short stoney driveway. Nice safe quiet area up a long driveway from main road to villa gate. Lovely Family villa with Antique furnishings. Anna the host is very helpful. Make sure to give check in time so Anna is available to let u in. Easy to drive to many towns. We drove to Erice, Corleone and Segesta during our stay. Restaurant and Mini Market and petrol station short drive down road.

There was a power outage at some point that had us locked out for a moment, but that's relatively minor.

The hostess was very friendly! The garden is absolutely stunning, with peacocks, a swimming pool, a gorgeous view, what have you not. It's also easy parking and easy to get around the entire region. We were extremely happy not to stay in Trapani and be mobile given the traffic - this was a much better option.

A unique place with soul. The hostess took care of every detail. A must-see during your stay in Sicily. A good starting point for Erice or the Zingaro reserve. After hard work on the trails, you can relax in the swimming pool with a unique view. I recommend.

It's a house in the edge of a small village. Surrounded by hills and fields. The house is decorated with traditional agriculture tools and photos. Beautiful large garden with many sitting corners available to guests. The room is clean and comfortable, equiped with beautiful old-time furniture. Anna, the host is very kind and welcoming.

Everything was just perfect and our best stay in Sicily. - The villa is really nice with a beautiful garden. The breakfast room is a museum at the same time. - The bed was really comfortable - The breakfast was really nice, with local and delicious products - the bathroom was also nice with a good shower - the woman at the reception (I forgot her name) was really nice - and in addition to that, it is not even expensive.

This hotel is so beautiful and authentic. It's really a perfect spot for anyone who wants to stay in a traditional Sicilian place. The garden is stunning and the whole place has a wonderful atmosphere. Not something you find everywhere. We had the most basic room, which is not too fancy but it was perfect for us!
