The front desk crew The guy wasn’t friendly with us. Little rude. And missed important information. Its very important to have People at front desk that loves their job and welcome customers that choose to stay at the property. Because is so many hotels around to choose from.

The rooms were quite small especially the shower.

The location is just marvellous. You are exactly on the lake staying in a sort of modern castle with lush greenery and private parking. The restaurant is simply fantastic even though slightly expensive but it is to be expected when you are dining in such a scenery and place. The room also had a kitchen. They also did some clothes washing for me which were returned in good time.

Unfortunately the appartament was of a poor quality when it comes to cleaneliness, as there was a persistent bad odour impossible to air it out, there was absolutely no sound isolation so I heard every detail of my neighbours conversations or their TV channels. Also all the smells of neighbours kitchen cooking activities went to my bedroom and the whole appartament which vas very unpleasant and somewhat disgusting:( The cheap furniture such as tables were about to collapse, no sofa in the living room, just uncomfortable sort of worn out chairs. Therefore, the beautiful location experience was ruined by the poor quality of the appartament unfortuntely:( A low value for a relatively high price and in comparison to the alternative resorts in Padenghe in which I had stayed in previous seasons, so I know what should be the quality at that price and location. Luckily I stayed only 3 nights and could not immagine to stay there longer than that.

The location just by the lake and the lakeview. Very good parking in the resort garden. Well maintained garden and beautifuly looking old villa structures.

The apartment was extermely dated, very small, the wifi was terrible and you had to pay extra for fresh towels or to clean the room. The cost wast hat of a 4 or 5 star hotel but its no way near!

The administration is very odd, no cleaning is included for the apartment either while staying or following departure. This makes the whole place feel less clean, as you feel that you are at the mercy of the last tenant's hygiene standards. Needless to say, we cleaned everything we used before using it, just in case. The receptionist who 'greeted' us was very frosty, which made for a bad start too. Overall the location was a little too quiet for us, I realise this may suit some people, but a week felt too long to spend here.

The views are beautiful, the building is magnificent and so are the grounds. The pool is clean and the whole place is generally peaceful. There is a lovely tapas restaurant nearby which we are at more than once.

The room is very small and old, while also not being too clean (the table/chairs outside of the room for example looked like they had last been cleaned a long time ago, we had to put towels on the chairs to feel comfortable sitting there). Unfortunately there were also a lot of flies both in the room and outside. For the cost of the room, we expected much more. Pool area was very loud because of a high number of unsupervised children.

Amazing location right in front of the lake and in walking distance from some good restaurants and cafes. Very nice park with plenty of space to relax and tan. The hotel definitely has a lot of potential which unfortunately is not matched by the quality of the rooms.

We stayed in “Villa” if that’s what it’s called - every room with mouldy walls, broken furniture, missing blinds and curtains, low water pressure etc

Was a bit weird them asking for a cleaning fee or hand back room how we gave it, when your on holiday the whole point it to get away from chores and also this put extra pressure on us, luckily we are tidy, also no soap provided or any cleaning equipment for which they wanted 5 euro I mean at £170 a night should have got more for my money rather than pay for these which btw are cheaper to buy from Aldi for 2 euro only issue is you get left with a bloody great big bottle next time I will pack my own cleaning as when you pay £170 a night for two night you expect these basics

While the stunning location and attentive staff at Villa Garuti Village initially captivated me, my stay was unfortunately marred by a significant issue: the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel's beautiful grounds, private beach, and delicious cuisine are undeniable highlights. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in their warm hospitality. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation fell short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given the overall high standards of the property. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's potential for excellence is clear

A very nice place - both the apartment and the pool area and the garden. Gives that luxury feeling. The staff was excellent. The surroundings were charming.
