Wow this place is stunning, we had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave the poolside with mountain views. Incredibly kind service from Luciana, she looked after us after a very stressful morning trying to get here and we are so grateful. We are feeling recharged and ready for the next stage of our trip. Great quality-ratio price. The place is well located - around 20 mins walking from the central train station. It's also very cozy and spacious room. Host was very helpful and kind. It was a very good experience!

We were in Bari only for a day, but Villa Franca was a wonderful place to stay, even better than in pictures - very clean, spacious, interesting enterior, great comfy bed and also a private parking in the yard which is very convenient. It is in a quiet residential part of Bari - 300m from the house there is a bus stop for bus 6 that takes you to the Old town. Pierpaolo is a very good host, providing all the info we needed and some good recommendations. Would easily come back to Villa Franca if in Bari

Amazing place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. It's great to be able to park for free at the courtyard of the accommodation. No breakfast, but there is a nice place for breakfast about 100 meters away. There is also a supermarket nearby. The place is easy to reach from the airport. Bari old town is reachable on foot, but it is a bit of a walk. By car, it is only a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Franca is a little outside down town Bari, but therefore a very quite and secure place. With a private parking lot and a huge room with sofa, a table for 4 nice bathroom and coffee machine, we didn’t miss anything here. The bus (1€) runs to the old city in 20 minutes and other important places like coffee shop (I.e. the Hogwarts Cafe) and shopping opportunities can be reached by foot. Even the very nice local market Santa Scolastica is just a 15 minutes walk away.

Villa Franca was the best place we stayed in Puglia and one of the best we've ever stayed at. Large, very comfortable and clean room, located in a quiet and peaceful area (still, less than half-hour walk from the railway station), excellent for those arriving by car due to the (free & secured) private parking. The place is tastefully decorated and well-cared to detail. Pierpaolo, our host, was very kind and helpful, he advised us where to eat, how to get around, and was available to accommodate any questions or requests. Plus, at the pizzeria just across the street we tasted the best pizzas in Puglia. When we come back to Bari we will definitely stay there again.

We were warmly welcomed by owners. They provided us the room-tour and answered for the all our questions. The owners take care about their guests , so you can find some cosmetic stuff in a bathroom that you don’t usually find in the hotel. Also they prepared for us a surprise and it was very cute (no spoilers).

There were just paper plates and plastic cutlery but we asked Rosa for normal and she gives us them.

The place is located about 30 min from the railway station, carrefour and other market about 5 min (walking distance). The room was like in the picture- spacious, well-decorated, clean and comfortable. There is a coffee maker available, with coffee capsules. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we could check-in earlier.

Pier Paolo's apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. All the little things were thought of such as shower caps in the bathroom and coffee in the kitchen. Having private parking on the property was a great plus. Would definitely recommend!

I wish there was a microwave too. And it seems as the light depends on the magnet card, the fridge doesn't work while you are away. It means your products can get spoiled. We had issues with public transport, so we mostly walked on foot. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the rail station. Unfortunately, there are no taxi applications (like Uber or other similar ones), you can only call. It's very important to know that in advance.

The owners are really nice and the apartment is lovely. Looks amazing and is very clean. Spacious bathroom. It has not only a regular toilet but a bidet too. The shower cabin has two shower hoses, surprisingly comfortable. Air conditioning is in both rooms, works for heating too. There is a TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen has almost everything it needs, including a coffee machine and an oven.

Very good and friendly support during the arrival process and check-in by mama Rosa and her son. Easy and safe parking directly at the accomodation and on the estate with a gate. For this location a car is recommendable. Beautiful and very clean room. Also very convenient if needed: a very good pizzera and brekfast place is directly opposite of Villa Franca.

It is a 40 minutes walk to the city center. But there is a big parking lot close to the harbour where you can park for 1 Euro an hour, if you don't want to walk.

Beautiful pink villa with a private court for parking your car, which is very handy! Arriving was no problem as Pierrepaolo sent all the detailed information beforehand. The room was spacious with a very nice decoration and a nice and clean bathroom.
