Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing much at all to say with regards to what we did not like. Breakfast could perhaps have been a little more varied but was adequate with rolls, cold meats and cheeses, fresh coffee and croissants/ pastries. Boiled eggs were on offer after a day or two. Offer of scrambled eggs/ omelets would be good and top up coffees but not vital to a great stay.
Very clean comfortable accommodation at a great price. Housekeeping exceptional with change of bedding halfway through our 5 night stay. Plenty fresh towels. Location is excellent; 5 minute walk to ski lift and supermarket and close to town centre. Friendly staff

The hotel was great. We had some concerns reading older reviews, but we had a very good experience. - clean - big room with comfortable beds - good temperature in the room - breakfast was nice, but not hot options (eggs, sausages,..) - Dinner was great with various options - 7-8 minutes walk to gondola - very nice staff

RomaniaI didn't like the breakfast. They don't serve any warm food. Despite it's 4* it doesn't have a tea maker in the room. So I tried at breakfast to also get some tea but they don't allow me what kind of tea to have and very little. Also they have a very big issue with the warm level in rooms. The maximum you can set is 22 degrees and this only on night, otherwise is only 17. But the sensor is too up. So at the bed level it was about 15-17 degrees. They don't have a proper room for ski equipment.
The location is perfect for quickly reaching the ski area.

Beautiful Hotel with an amazing view , great team, and with a very reasonable prices for what you get. Very clean, very comfortable. Great location neer near the ski lift- 5 minutes walking. ItalyThe room was very basic, more adequate for a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was very very small, again, not adequate for the class of the hotel The water was not sufficiently hot to have a shower, and this is something that shouldn't happen, even in times of energy crisis.
Breakfast was fair.
