Location was great, wonderful views and not close to Como town but walkable and only 3 mins away from a ferry stop. Onsite parking. Fantastic restaurant. Very good breakfast selection.

Staying at Villa Flori was an incredible experience , we absolutely loved the breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere. Mattia is truly exceptional warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. He went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.

There is nothing to complain about in this hotel.

The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but it is a great choice if you are on holiday and want to cruise up the lake. The lounge bar in the hotel is also great if you want to just relax in the evening.

Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to assist with anything! The breakfast spread was magical, as was our meal at Ristorante Raimondi, with wonderful hospitality. It felt like we received the royal treatment throughout this very special stay!

Everything!! We loved every second of our stay in this lovely property. The staff went above and beyond to offer a memorable experience. The villa is located on the lake with the most perfect view of Lake Como. Their breakfast with lake view is breathtaking. Also their location, close to Como with easy access to the highway.

The location is slightly out of the town centre but that's part of the charm - just be prepared for a 40 minute walk or short taxi ride to head in and out of Como.

The welcome from Mattia and check-in experience was fantastic. The Grand Largo suite is amazing and worthy of a "bucket list" stay at Lake Como.
