The view is stunning, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they were so kind and welcoming. We had a lovely morning swim off the private dock and a charming dinner in the town a couple minutes down the road. Thanks to Marco for being a great host.

The bathroom was tiny. But great value for money. Could put a couple of extra pillows.

Exceptional location, wonderful views over Puerto San Stefano. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. Sunset drinks on the terrace are also stunning. Everything works smoothly.

    Nothing

We had to change our travel plans last minute due to the train strike. We had booked a different place but there was a small issue with the room. We were contacted straight away & we got told our booking got move tho Villa Flora. The bedroom was huge and had its own balcony. Breakfast was amazing too. They had their own private beach and we were able to use this facility before we left. So peaceful & relaxing. There was no taxi's available when we were leaving and a staff member offer to drive us which was super kind. We would love to come back & stay at this hotel.

Driveway off the main road was a bit tricky with a manual transmission.

Our room had a great terrace overlooking the ocean and nearby town across the harbor. The breakfast was basic and very nice served on the beautiful terrace of the villa's eating area.

Room was small and we had private bathroom but outside the room which was inconvenient. Parking was tricky due to tightness of space.

Location was great with nice views. It was cooler weather in May so we couldn’t enjoy the balconies overlooking the sea as we wanted to. Host was very nice and informative who shared lot of useful information about the island.

I really like the location, the room, the breakfast, and especially the wonderful people who work there. This place has become our regular weekend escape — a spot we truly enjoy returning to. We always feel welcome and can rely on Gianni, who is consistently available, kind, and helpful. One of my favorite things is that the property has direct access to the sea, so I often take the opportunity to go fishing right from there. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and feels like home.

Interesting choice of TV music channel to play at breakfast time. One would expect peaceful music, but instead, we had David Bowie and 80's rock. But other than that we highly recommend this accommodation.

It was a little bit challenging to find down a narrow lane, but once we got there, it was not that difficult. Exceptional host to welcome us and help us settle. Fantastic location right on the ocean with waves crashing onto the rocks just below our room. Wonderful view across the bay. Close to the marina by car with various options to eat. Good quality breakfast with a large variety of fresh options.

There is not one negative thing to say.

This location and room was absolutely the most prime real estate view of the mini Amalfi Coast line of Porto Santo Stephano !!! The balcony and the large open picture window of the Tyrhennian Sea was spectacular and the quaint steps down to a small flat landing for a private view of it ALL was breathless !!! The colors of the clear, blues and greens of the sea gently crashing upon the dark, rugged rocks made a lasting impression. There is a second cemented platform at the rear of this darling and gorgeous property for lounging, swimming, or just dangling your feet in the clear sea. You are a moments drive into the town to catch the Toremar Ferry to Giglio Island... we spent one day on a rented vespa to the tippy top at Giglio Castle (be sure to buy a local tomato and mozzarella at the tiny market store to the right of the castle... you will never taste anything like it in the U.S. !!!) and visited Campese Beach... incredible day !!! The staff at Villa Flora ARE the classiest gentlemen, anywhere !!! Johnny, the manager and Franco assisted us and insisted they carry our luggage up and then, down many steps. These are fine men who hold this entire property in great care; including their guests. When I first caught the view at the top level to check in, I cried. I just could not believe how beautiful this unforgettable place is and that it really exists... there is no better panoramic views... we found the BEST !!! Villa Flora and Argentario was a superb location to stop, on our way south from Pisa and San Vincenzo. I would definitely visit again. Also, the breakfast was abundant and Johnny and Franco arranged it an hour early for us one day, so we wouldn't leave for the day - without a meal... super sweet guys !!! We were here in October which was a quiet time to feel like you have the whole place to yourself... an amazing experience and we hope to book it again and stay longer... to me, it doesn't get any better; nor would I want it to... a tranquil place !!!

A beautiful place and authentic hospitality.

The room I had is small and has only a very small window at the top of the room (I had the single room, as I was traveling alone), so don't book this room if you want to stay a lot in your room. Instead use the beautiful terrace of the Villa, go outside and explore Monte Argentario or take the ferry to discover Isola del Giglio nearby! The region is very beautiful.

Marco, Gianni and the whole family of Marco were amazing hosts. They do their work with their heart and know the real meaning of HOSPITALITY. They were very helpful and kind during my stay. It is rare to meet such amazing people in a hotel and/or B&B. The spot is amazing. You can eat your breakfast contemplating the sea, you can go for a swim and have the privilege to have a private access to the beach. The breaktfast is very good and has many options (also gluten free and lactose free -> I always drank my soymilk Cappuccino in the morning :-)) Thank you very much for a beautiful holiday in Tuscany!
