Great staff - Claudia, Laura and Elizabeth. Everyone so helpful and really hormy feeling hotel. Location is really convenient, close to everything. I went to swimming and run to Isla Bella almost everyday. They also packed a cute breakfasy bag for me on my departure. Such a lovely cute hotel.

We prefer to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was fairly good but not excellent.

The location away from the town wasn’t ideal. The cable car is very quick, but the queue early evening was sometimes quite long.

The pool area was great, the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, good sized pool, great location and good breakfast. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - when we left my daughter’s beloved soft toy they arranged to send it to us in palermo. We had a lovely three day stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, close to the beach and the cable car which takes you to old town Taormina. We were lucky and we found free parking space in the street, but the hotel also offers private parking.

Slightly outdated, just requires a paint job and a few tweaks to the bedrooms (bathrooms wouldn’t need updating) Parents would go out during breakfast time to reserve their families sun beds for the day however, it would be hours before they all came out. This just got a little annoying because they would mind there spot in the shade and there isn’t much shade throughout the day. I’d suggest that staff monitor this as there were people who would come out to the pool and could not enjoy it as towels reserved a perfectly free sun beds.

The pool was definitely very useful in the summer time and the staff were so kind and helpful!!! Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t the best and strange cakes . I am a fussy coffee drinker though . Would have been great to have had shampoo in bathrooms .

There was not always warm water in the bathrooms. The pool was a little dirty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, very positive and happy. All gave us advice on what to see and how to get there. The view was amazing.

Bathroom was poor and dated with a tight layout, and for design there were glass panels so if you went to the bathroom during the night you lit up the bedroom. I didn't personally like diving lessons in the pool that were on 3 days in a row in our 3 day stay. Going in the pool meant you were in their way.

Nice staff on site, the room was basic with a balcony, but with a carpark view. The pool was fine with plenty of sunbeds and the location was OK for the cable car. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable with good linens and air conditioning. Room was clean with a fridge and water supplied.

The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional, they made the stay perfect. The pool was really nice, the room was as expected, and it was quiet which was good. The location was perfect, just a short walk to La isola Bella and to the gondola to the city centre.
