Wonderful location with very friendly staff, immediately offered wine and chips just outside of the beautiful villa. The receptionist adviced and booked us a table at a nearby restaurant where I had the best pasta in my life. Great Breakfast and an amazing poolside! Will definitely come back, really sad that we couldn’t stay longer due to our schedule.

Nothing - it really was much better than we hoped for

What an amazing place this is. We were welcomed with such warmth at the location. We were also lucky as we got upgraded to the suite which was super spacious, clean and simply an amazing (double) room. But what really stood out with this location was the amazing staff and how they made you feel totally at ease and on holiday, next to the amazing room in a boutique accommodation at such a beautiful location. Breakfast was really good, lunch could be provided with plenty of choice. Found some really good restaurants nearby as well for dinner. We will definitely go back here, which is rare for us to say!

Facility to make tea in the bedroom….super coffee- maker, but nothing to make tea. Tea was available at any time in the breakfast room, but this is not convenient first thing in the morning.

Excellent selection of high quality produce, good coffee, friendly and quick service of cooked food and hot drinks. The staff went out of their way to help the families that were having breakfast with their very young children….impressive.

We have been enjoying our three nights layover at this lovely place! To begin with the exceedingly warm welcome by Margherita, explaining the facility and offering whatever service would be needed. The whole grounds are designed according to the long history of this ancient building. A beautiful and perfectly restored house, clean and with nice features. We enjoyd sitting in the classic style garden (too cold outside to jump into the jacuzzi or the pool). Our room was furnished the Italen way quite spare but tasteful. There was nothing what we would have missed but a chair or two, together with a table. Very friendly service provided by Karmela in the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner for two. Both with a variety of tasty local products and nothing you would have missed. Not to forget the mineral water for free, both with or without gas, the taste better than the expensive brands. We highly recommend this place for a short Holiday or a peaceful accomodation if on a business trip with high standards!
