The property was really clean. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with a smile. We really felt welcomed by the worm hospitality. We appreciated the cleanness of the rooms, and all hotel facilities. And we have enjoyed our short stay as a family.

we have asked one more fruit plate at the spa since we were 3 pers., which was charged Euro 10.- . Quite expensive for a couple of fruits slices and paying euro 150 for using the spa.

This place is a gem. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is excellent. And the rooms are large and comfortable with excellent views. When we stayed we were delighted to have been upgraded for free to a room that overlooked the lake. We’ll be back for sure!

Nothing, would happily recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to Riva del Garda.

Location was not in the centre but an easy walk in. Staff were fabulous from reception through to housekeeping, all friendly and welcoming. Nice touches like welcome message with some sweet treats on arrival to a departure gift for our travel. Alessandro at the bar was such a lovely host and helpful in some local recommendations.

Little pricey and a little distance to town center, however was just a 15 minute walk.

Was very nice, great restaurant both dinner and extensive breakfast buffet, and modern rooms. Staff was friendly. Right next to a main street that had shops and restaurants. Was located to easily drive to Dolomites. Had adequate parking.

The location was 25-30 minute walk into Riva Old Town where the majority of restaurants and bars are. We knew that on booking but it was quite a walk, especially during the heat of the day.

Our Junior suite was a great size and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the view of Lake Garda was fantastic. Facilities on site were excellent with a lovely pool, small but well equipped gym and excellent spa. Staff were extremely hard working and very kind. Breakfast was fairly simple but very high quality and we thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu for dinner one evening. Excellent dishes, very well prepared.

The location is good and reception team is excellent. However, the only things they asked us to bring back the hotel card since they have lacks of cards. Despite they requested it gently but they can collect themselves from the room. Also, for the tourists the most headache is collecting the luggage from and to the room. If in the future this service it will be helpful for you

This is a small - 20 bedroom - boutique hotel that offers a very high quality experience. It has plenty of staff always on hand for guest support. It is located in a quiet area of hotels at the east end of Riva del Garda. It is well located for restaurants and close to beaches along the lake side leading into medieval Garda. It is an easy drive to car parks in the town centre. The hotel is well situated for driving down the east and west shores of the lake and also into the mountains. Staff - exceptionally helpful and friendly. The receptionists in large part made our holiday the success it was - very approachable and knowledgeable providing lots of helpful information as we hadn't visited this area previously. Breakfasts - the best ever covering cold and hot choices and multiple choices of everything. Attentive staff topping up depleted dishes, clearing the table. Dining room - spacious and light, quiet. Our room - spacious, well appointed, comfortable with mountain view. Outdoor pool and garden - warm (heated) water very pleasant space with variety of high quality seating, planting , grass and paving. Indoor jacuzzi and gym - wonderful view down the lake from this excellent second floor facility.
