Just need to be aware there isn't much in the area but it's simple to get the bus or train for where you need to go.

We loved EVERYTHING about this accommodation! This was our favourite place from our whole Italy trip! The staff were SUPER HELPFUL and friendly! If your staying there you MUST GO TO THEIR SPA!!!! Wow what an experience! Beautiful and só relaxing! Walking distance to the buss stop!

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, with an amazing spa free for guests if you pre book a slot between 3-4 pm. There was also a really nice pool that was lit up beautifully at night. My room had a large balcony and a very spacious bath and bedroom. It was cleaned daily, with a lovely breakfast included. Fresh pastries cereal yoghurt cold meats and a selection of teas and coffee. A 10 minute walk to the nearest beach where I had a lovely meal on the seafront during my last night there. The staff were so kind and always available via WhatsApp for any queries. I can’t wait to return.

We think the wifi needs sorting as we could not connect at all only seemed to work outside room .

We really enjoyed our weeks stay here rooms were fantastic so much space, with and extended area and private garden which i loved !! Good aircon, super clean, and beds very comfortable, all staff are very helpful and friendly , breakfast we thought was nice and fresh, lovely well kept area and super quiet too.overall a great stay would definitely return.thankyou for a lovely stay .

Lovely clean apartment a short walk from the train station and 1 stop to sorrento, it was nice not to be right in the centre of sorrento, this villa is set back off a road and we were pleasantly surprised, the staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the breakfast each day was perfect Thank you

More lighting needed on the drive up to the doors and around the property. A mirror by the desk and a full length mirror would have been helpful. Safety stickers needed on the glass doors to stop injury. A communal ice machine and first aid kit in each room would be helpful for emergencies as staff are not there 24/7- I injured my nose on the door and no ice to take swelling down!

Lovely room, great bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was welcoming and plenty to choose from. Great boat trip arranged by the team.

The stay at the villa was great! Very good location and awesome staff. A bit away from Sorrento, so be prepared to walk or take a taxi/train.

Nothing to dislike

Hotel is set in attractive grounds landscaped with plants and bushes with a pool. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a separate large conservatory room leading out into a lovely personal patio area with loungers and surrounded by fruit trees. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Location might not suit everyone but there is a good train service, short walk and straight into the heart of Sorrento. The pool wasn’t ready when we arrived with no pre warning on availability. Staff very apologetic but still took three days until ready for use.

Booking.com should correct the address of the physical property to #52. It is listed as #28. Also although the check in time states the check-in time starts at 2pm, there was noone there at the reception.

Quiet and away from the street with a private entrance. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was ok but a bonus, staff were good but could have been more helpful, didn’t explain pool or breakfast, no walk around and when we asked to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out we were told no one would be there to let us back in ( this was 2pm on a Monday)

Two of the three rooms had issues with ants. We wished we paid closer attention to the distance from Sant Agnello to downtown Sorrento, as it cost alot in cabs, but we were focused on the bonus of the pool. NOTE: The street number for Villa Emmanuel is 52 (not 28 as it says on Booking.com).

First of all - the staff were very helpful. They accommodated early breakfast so we could eat before planned excursions (about 15 minutes early), they called ahead for taxi's for us, and were generally helpful. The pool is lovely - note, as a salt water pool with a tan/green tile scheme, it will look greenish. That is fine. We did not try the spa.

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Emanuel. Irma is the most wonderful hostess, and is more than happy to offer her expertise in local attractions and restaurants. She was easily the best part of our stay; she always made sure we had everything we needed, had the best dinner recommendations, and was absolutely charming. We hope to cross paths again! Caio!

A fresh wall paint it would have been nice, considering we stayed in June, beginning of season. Mosquito nets need it. Walking to the city takes 35 minutes, but the traffic is annoying, so it’s not quite a pleasant walk. Taxi is around 25eur for 2,5 kilometers, so in the end we preferred to use our car.

Located in a very quiet area, with an orange orchid beside and having the garden full of jasmine. Spacious rooms. After visiting the crowded Amalfi Coast, we appreciated that by the end of the day we had this peaceful place. It also has a large parking place, which is a real treasure in this area.
