When we arrived by car, parking was a bit of a challenge, but the hotel staff kindly helped us.

We chose this hotel as the final stop of our two-week honeymoon, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The views, the food, and the facilities were all wonderful, but what impressed us the most was the service. Although the style of hospitality was different from what we are used to in Japan, it was warm and friendly, and it made us fall in love with Sicily. (This was our first time visiting the island!) My wife was also very happy, and it became the perfect ending to our honeymoon.

The exhaust fan from the restaurant sounds like a jet engine and was noisy which we felt took away from the experience.

This boutique hotel is aiming high with the service provided by the staff and the overall feel. Our room was lovely with two balconies, one with sunbeds and an absolutely stunning view. The hotel restaurant and bar are excellent options if you do not feel like going into town. The hotel is located way up the hill from town but the hotel provides a shuttle and there is also a path to walk down into town.

It’s a bit of a trek into town, but you have access to the hotel’s shuttle vehicles (or take your time to explore Taormina by travelling on foot down into the town).

Delightful boutique hotel with a stunning view. Personable and fun staff and delicious breakfasts overlooking the town and sea made this hotel memorable. Although the swimming pool is small, you have access to a pool and gym at Ducale’s sister hotel.

There is nothing not to like!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating since we arrived early and were able to get us into our suite. The restaurant and view of Mt Etna are amazing. Our room was luxurious and we the views just breathtaking! The hotel and its staff were absolutely exceptional. Not only were the rooms and the hotel extremely clean and had an amazing view but the food was also delicious. However, the staff were what really set this hotel apart. My mom had broken her foot before our stay and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make us comfortable. They were extremely attentive and hospitable. Would stay here in a heartbeat again and will recommend to anyone staying in Taormina. The hotel and its staff are a gem.

There was some construction noise from next door as they are renovating and adding more rooms. It didn't spoil our holiday as it was durning the day. But it was a digger that was digging so was loud.

The views from the hotel were amazing, on both sides even the room had beautiful views. Staff were excellent and were so friendly. I would go again to this hotel

Very good location. Abit of an uphill walk from the main square but free shuttle is provided every hour. Fantastic staff and rooms. All in all 10 on 10
