Exceptional hotel and service. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Spectacular views of the seaside and you must tour the gardens. The BEST tasting menu I have ever experienced. The chef is truly gifted.

The only small issue was that there were only 1 bottle of drinking water in the room and in the morning they did not change, when I asked to bring water staff said we should buy.. it’s a small issue of course we bought, but I guess in summer there should be a bit more water in such level of place and mix of sparkling and still, since in my opinion it’s not main money making business for the hotel. The rest was just amazing and we will recommend this place and will return ourselves

This totally refurbished Palazzo is beautifully situated within the protecting walls of a stunning yet dreamy park overlooking the lovely city of Alassio and the Mediterranean Sea. A a place and a view you will never forget. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the rooms top class, calm and wonderfully decorated. Our room had an amazing balcony with seaview. All amenities you can think of are available in the room. The brand new Spa and Wellness area comprise a modern Finnish sauna, a hammam, fitness room and massage and wellness treatments The price may be a little steep, but this place is a hidden jewel on the Ligurian coast and the staff its gems. Don't think twice.

The hotel offered one restaurant - this was Michelin starred however the food was not to our taste - mostly raw. We ate out most evenings and there are fabulous eateries within walking distance.

The setting of the hotel is spectacular - set within beautiful (and I believe award winning) gardens. The hotel staff could not have been more attentive and the service exceeded expectations. The breakfast offering was more than ample and great quality. The room (Wisteria Lodge) was spacious, beautifully decorated and offered all of the facilities we would have required.

Difficult access with its narrow tightly winding driveway - but that also keeps it secluded and tranquil! Excellent restaurant - for Italian standards though very pricy!

Exceptional situation inbedded in a breathtaking garden/park overlooking Alassio and the ocean! Stunning infinity pool on top of the property! Very friendly and welcoming staff!

Villa della Pergola is simply perfect and is one the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. The staff are awesome and are always there to help you with anything. The location and the territory are marvellous together with the sandy beaches of Alassio which are 15-minute walk from the Villa. We were given a free upgrade which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast level is very high and the dinners at the Michelin restaurant are fantastic. If you are looking for a perfect getaway, Villa della Pergola is the one to choose!

We saw a mice in our room and the staff acted like as it was our fault or we were lying. They behaved like nothing happened . No apologies . They just changed our room, actually they downgraded our room

1. the view from the infinity pool is very special, especially for civil engineers who like cranes 2. cheap looking plastic details in the bathroom dont match five stars 3. some tableware is desperately asking for a replacement

The breakfast was quite nice although serving exactly same dishes for two days was a bit disappointing.

There were only two rooms occupied when we stayed. The staff made us feel 'in the way', and almost a nuisance.

The gardens are spectacular.
