The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well cared for and the view of the lake was amazing. The service was wonderful - Florine took good care of us, went out of his way to accommodate, and was on top of even the smallest request. The food was perfect - both breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. We are already thinking about our next trip to the property.

The service was outside of this world. The staff are all magnificent and helpful. Special thank to Florin who made our stay enjoyable and felt at home. Florin did whatever it takes to please us without hesitation. He is a big plus in forming my opinion.

The property is beautiful old building but the rooms and facilities are up to date. The grounds are fascinating. The area is a nice neighbourhood tranquil and calm.

Absolutely nothing. Best property that we have stayed in Italy.

Incredible location grounds and views. Staff were top notch. Restaurant food and service was outstanding. Excellent breakfast. Dinner excellent. Ample parking.

Location was a distance from the lake- therefore needed to walk up steep hill on the way back or drive

Walk up and down to the hotel is pretty arduous. Some reviews say the hotel operates a shuttle from top to bottom. It doesn't (or at least whilst we where there). Bit old fashioned and formal in feel - Not a bad thing, and some will love that - but potentially could put some off a bit. Fairly pricey for what you get.

Staff were great, very quiet and relaxed hotel. Well appointed rooms. Nice restaurant - dinner on the terrace is just about the best place you could hope to have dinner.

Superb location and beautiful accommodation. The staff are brilliant. Dining terrace is beautiful with uninterrupted views of the lake. Five star comfort and service without any stuffiness.

We had a garden view room, which looked a bit dated and was very dark.

Very professional and helpful staff, beautiful location/gardens and pool area with a nice view over lake Garda. Restaurant food was of a very high standard, with a fantastic terrace.

I guess the gym could be better … for 2 days I’ll allow myself the indulgence this place offers

This is the place to stay. Having traveled the length and breth of lake guarda this is without question the finest of all. From the drive up to the hotel, from reception to the room and then to see that view… live with me for ever. The restaurant for evening dinner is Michelin star plus and the service is exceptional. Check out the pool area and the garden bar it just doesn’t get better Keep up the good work guys… we all need a weekend like this truly magnificent

Hard to come up with anything…

We have returned because of the beautiful view from rooms, the incredible staff, and the quiet charm of Gardone Riviera. The restaurant is so good that we can barely stand to give up a night on the terrace with Florin, the head waiter and team. Breakfast is lovely as well.
