The hotel is very conveniently located: an excellent sandy beach is a two-minute walk away, and a bus stop is one minute away if you don't want to walk, although the center is not far away. There are many restaurants and cafes of various price ranges nearby, and a small grocery store is in the neighboring building. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV work perfectly, with no additional charge. There is a large veranda with flowers (the flowers are watered remotely so as not to disturb you). There is an elevator, although there are only three floors. And, of course, the main thing is the excellent Swedish breakfast included in the price - a large selection of fruits, vegetables, greens, drinks, a dozen varieties of good coffee from a coffee machine, tea, fruit juices, dairy products, cheeses, sausages, ham, butter, honey, jams, and more. Of particular note are the unique “treats” — a variety of delicious pastries prepared every morning by the owner, Lorena, a highly skilled professional pastry chef. Lorena and her husband Fabrizio are incredibly hospitable, friendly, and kind people who immediately respond to all requests and are always ready to help with anything. In short, it is an excellent hotel where you feel at home and want to return to again and again.

We liked the location the most,the staff was excellent specialy lovley miss Lorena,she made us feel much welcomed,breakfast was okey and the hotel area were very comfortable

The wifi was very weak and rooms were worn out ,theres no shapoo in the bathrooms and bathrooms are very tiny

I could hear the music from the beach club nearby, facilities are not very modern but well maintained and very clean.

The room was a little outdated and the shower facilities a little limited, a renovation would however justify a higher price.

Breakfast was typical Italian. The location was good, just up from the beach. The hotel was comfortable. The couple that run the hotel were very friendly and helpful and locked my bicycle safely in their garage each night.

The staff were very kind and the breakfast was really good, location also perfect.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Amazing stay, amazing hosts! Absolutely wonderful! I cannot even see myself staying at another hotel in Rimini! 🥰🥰🥰

Close to the coast, about three minutes to the comfortable and clean beach, cozy room, friendly stuff. I had early check in about 11am., real nice place to stay for it's costs, simply breakfast with more sweets (btw this is traditional for Italy), but also they set some ham, bread and cheese, coffee machine

There was a disko next to the hotel and it was very loud music, not easy to sleep.
