I would have loved it there were more easily accessible EU plug points as I needed to use the one in the bathroom for my chargers and hair tools. The bathroom though big had some pillars in the way that made it a little narrow to get around to the shower and toilet.

My sea view room had an incredible view! I loved my stay! The hospitality, attention to detail, concierge service, food and beverages, customer service was all exceptional. I would have loved to stay longer if only they had a swimming pool! The garden area was beautiful and very peaceful. I will always recommend this hotel for a cozy and comfortable stay in Sorrento!

Is 20 mins walking to busses or trains, so expect to walk a lot, unless you have means of transport. Also, sometimes night can be loud due to near events, but it was not a problem for us.

The place was pretty impressive! Very comfortable beds and nice atmosphere! Very cool view from the terrace and the restaurant is top, with very attentive waiters. Very romantic atmosphere for dinner with a sunset!

The breakfasts were “interesting”, but their coffee machine was horrible! I trued every type from Espresso to Cappuccino to Latte. I actually could not drink any of them. 2 machines were available and only 1 worked. The drinks like orange juice were seldom filled and ironically, spoons were hard to find. I believe with better attention to detail and a NEW coffee machine, things would be fine. I usually skipped breakfast and went down the street for coffee.

The view was fantastic and the staff, mostly English fluent, were helpful.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, to keep drinks cool. A bottle of water too. Thus didn’t inconvenience me. Just a suggestion, especially in the hotter months.

The location was fantastic. I loved the history of the place. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. I had a single room with a sea view, in the main house. Ideal. Simply furnished but very clean. Comfortable bed- I slept very well. Nicely tiled en-suite with a good shower. The panoramic terrace with stunning sunsets and wide views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. was just opposite my room. There was a very good restaurant and a bar. There was a safe in the room, a desk and chair. Ample room for clothes.
