We were on the top floor in a junior suite and given the heat, the air conditioning just about coped. The bathroom layout is also not perfect and given the top floor, windows were low down eves windows.

Loved the location in the vineyards, the staff were really helpful and the pool perfect. Food was super and loved their estate wines

The bed and pillows were not to the comfort standard you would expect of a hotel like this. Maybe I'm just used to soft bed and pillows in the US but these felt too firm and not of high quality. I didn't mention it but I'm sure the hotel would have tried to accommodate me better.

The staff were all very warm, caring, and considerate. They truly make you feel at home. The property is gorgeous and you feel like you're in a special place. While we didn't get a chance to dine at Oseleta, the Cordevigo restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. For your normal hotel restaurant it's a unique dining experience where you feel special and you're amazed by the food. Overall it's a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Location wise it's also great provided you have a car, because you're a short drive to different parts of Lake Garda or to Verona.

The property itself is beautiful but the staff is exceptional!! Paulo helped us in every way and every single person that works at the Villa is kind, friendly, happy and always ready to chat or be of service. The food at all times was wonderful. Our four hour dinner at Oselata was an evening to remember! What a phenomenal four days!! Much gratitude to all!!

Nothing - perfect stay in every way.

Amazing location in the middle of vineyards which we borrowed the bikes to cycle round. Very beautiful building. Very near - 10 min drive - to lake Garda. Brilliant room - spacious and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly, funny and helpful. The wine was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant - we particularly enjoyed the fresh pear juice.

We had a family who were loud and obnoxious (not the hotel's fault) on the table next to us, with kids playing games on their Ipads on full volume, and staff did nothing to try and ask them to turn it down or lower the volume which I felt let down and they could have helped to safe guard other guests given that we paid a lot of money for an expensive dinner. Ruined the experience entirely. The next day for breakfast same families children were running around, hit my chair a few times and again, nothing said by staff. We had asked if the main restaurant had vegan options and they said plenty, but there were infact very few.

Wide range of options for breakfast and dinner was delicious. Staff were friendly, spa was incredible, best I've ever had within a hotel. Pool is big and nice, grounds fantastic.

The place is so quiet, completely surrounded by nature. The service was perfect, everyone was so friendly and nice. The restaurant has a lovely terrace, as does the bar. Both were quiet and accommodating!

Beautifully restored old buildings, outstanding kitchen in all restaurants. Excellent wines from the estate and its label Villabella and Cordevigo. Very helpful staff always smiling. Special thanks to Paolo for being everywhere, his wine expertise and making our stay a perfect holiday experience!

The service was excellent however I didn’t find the front of house staff as warm/friendly as they should have been.

Beautiful villa in a serene setting. Our room was very comfortable with views over the wonderful courtyard. The spa was particularly good with excellent sauna facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and there is the opportunity to eat on the veranda overlooking the pool when the weather permits.

Be aware that this area of Italy has a lot of flying insects in the summer. Not unique to this hotel but common around Lake Garda. You might find some in your room, but if you bring it to the attention of the staff they will address with insect repellent. Don’t let it detract from your stay. This is a wonderful hotel.

Fabulous location set in the countryside but convenient to Lago di Garda, Verona and nearby sites. The most wonderful staff, very attentive and caring. The rooms are a nice balance of historic beauty and modern convenience. Terrific restaurants and wine list, some wines coming from the property’s vineyards. So peaceful and relaxing — especially the garden, pool and indoor spa. Highly recommend.

The only minor thing was a/c not on so we slept with window open as room was warm, only to be woken very early (6ish) by metallic clanging of putting up large sun umbrellas on the terrace. An hour later would have been nice or leave up overnight. The loan bikes also need a service as both we borrowed were stuck in gear.

Truly Impeccable service, wonderful grounds, lovely restaurant, we greatly enjoyed the wine tasting with Paolo. The outdoor pool was impressive, but also the indoor spa, with multiple saunas and pools. Brilliant location, very well executed, golf buggy arrived to collect luggage immediately upon arrival! Bikes to explore vineyard is a great idea.

The only bad experience we had in the hotel came from the michelin star restaurant that is in the same property (Restaurant Oseleta). It was overpriced and provided a bad experience versus expectations (and maybe even less than that). However, for me it is not part of the hotel experience , thus it can be considered irrelevant.

Our staying was amazing and above any expectation. We arrived after 14.00 and the restaurant has taken care of us by serving us even if it was not working at that time. This was a simple indication of the care the hotel provides to visitors. Breakfast has been the most rich and delicious breakfast that I have seen in a hotel. The surroundings are also great, both within the hotel boundaries (gardens, small trail that goes around the property) and outside (walking and bike road that took us through the wine fields. A definitely must-go-again place and the entire group (8 people) agreed with it.
