Villa Chiara is perfectly located in Taormina. Central but not right on the busy Corso Umberto which is good. Our host, Chiara, was an absolute gem! She was super helpful, friendly, accommodating and had the BEST recommendations for everything. We cannot praise her enough!

Perfect location, Chiara the lady who owns the apartments is so friendly warm and welcoming she’s happy to provide you with excellent recommendations on everything in Taormina even down to restaurants. When you check out she also has a place to store your luggage which is very helpful if you are staying to explore Taormina for a few more hours. The apartments are so clean and comfortable, rooms have just been refurbished. Highly recommend!

Service was amazing. Chiara and her daughter were so kind, helpful and so prompt in their response to our requests for help - from organising valet parking and restaurant recommendations. Instructions for check in were also very clear. The villa is located in the best location, close to the Taormina centre with the restaurants, the cable car down to the beaches in easy walking distance. Both Chiara and Francesca made our one day stay in Taormina so comfortable and stress free.

This was an amazing experience to be in Villa Chiara , after being a week in Sicília , i can say it was actually the Best Room i stayed in all different cities. It was super well decorated, renovated, modern, charming, very confortable with good materials and with all we needed. It is inside the historical center but without the Madness of people on central streets, it takes you two.minutes to BE on the main street. And you do not even hear a thing. Absolutely quiet. Chiara and her Daughter were amazing helpful providing us with all information we needed super proactive, and the cleaning lady and the boys who helped with Park of the car also super Nice. THANK YOU. Will totally Stay here again

There was nothing that didn't meet our expectations.

If you are looking for a quiet but central accommodation, Villa Chiara is the best option. Nice room with big bathroom and a friendly personnel. Chiara is a wonderful host but, more than that, she is a wonderful person. She provided information about area and restaurants, activities and guided our check-in process. Regarding the checkout, she helped us with a late checkout since our plane was taking off in the evening and my pregnant wife needed a place to rest. I would definitely recommend the location and I'm positive I'll check in again the next time I'll visit Taormina. Thank you for everything Chiara!

Parking is much too expensive, 60euro for 36 hours. Breakfast not included, but is not a problem in Taormina. .

In Taormina, even more than many Sicilian cities, parking is a huge issue. Basically, you can't. And even finding a way to get your luggage to your hotel in this cliffside town is a worry. That's one of the ways in which Sra Ciara, the owner, shone. We began a WhatsApp text dialog when we were far away. Like having a private air traffic controller, she gav us the exact spot where her colleague would meet us, take the car for overnight parking (reasonable fee) and help with the baggage. What we didn't know is that Chiara herself would meet us to help with baggage and the final route to her place. On top of that, since we were both celebrating our 25th anniversary and my wife's birthday, she gave us a special room for our three night stay. But that's not all. For our semi-planned trip north 40 km to Messina and ferry across to Calabria to see a special museum exhibition, she wisely advised us not to try to park near the regular ferry but to simply take the car with us on a different ferry. It was easier and less expensive than parking, fares and taxis at the other end. But that's not all. Of the several restaurants she recommended, each was a gem: Osteria Sapori di Mari, Gourmet 32 and, best of all, Osteria Zuccaro. Finally, Chiara was such as sweet and genial person, we felt like family. If you're going to Taormina, especially with a car, do stay at Villa Chara!

The location is amazing, just above the Main Street. The room was very spacious and all renovated, no noise. Huge bed, super comfortable. The host, Chiara, is so helpful and full of great recommendations.

Nothing - everything was great.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in in all my travels due to a combination of the host, Chiara, being an absolutely wonderful host & guide, as well as the rooms being spotless & comfortable. Chiara is such a lovely and genuinely hospitable person, you can tell she loves what she does. She gave excellent recommendations for food & drink and when we wanted to stay another night but was told she was sadly fully booked, she recommended another place nearby to stay which was also nice & clean. A good host by itself won’t be enough though, & thankfully the accommodation was equally good. The facilities were modern (I think from reading reviews that some apartments in Taormina can be a bit dated & plumbing might not be as good, but we had no such issues here), the bed was super comfy. We arrived off the overnight train from Rome so were really tired - the shutters properly blocked out light so we could nap in the day time. We would heartily recommend Villa Chiara and will happily come back to stay.

Needed a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels. And a shelf in the shower for soap & shampoo etc Room was compact but sufficient for a short stay.

Love the location. Chiara was very friendly & welcoming. Organised ground floor room when she saw how much luggage we had. We left our luggage all day after check out & valet parking was excellent. Nice large shower & toilet area. Chiara she yes to all requests. Would stay again .
