Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaAbsolutely loved everything about this place! A truly relaxing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, everything new inside, the staff is kind and helpful, and the location is a solid 11/10. The spa was wonderful — peaceful, clean, and just what we needed to unwind. The hiking trails that start right behind the hotel are incredibly beautiful and easily accessible. A real hidden gem, especially being so close to Bergamo and Milan. Can’t wait to come back

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodates all guests in a professional yet kind way. 10/10! The restaurant must be a real hidden champion for the region. Had the best slow cooked veal cheeks for dinner. Getting asked by a world class chef how I want my breakfast eggs in the morning was the moment I decided to give this team credit on here. Well deserved!

NetherlandsGood to be aware of, it is a quite remote area. In case of hiking, skiing or relax holiday (as the spa will open soon), this is a great getaway. If you are looking for a quick 'in and out' in case you are traveling to another location (transit), than I do not recommend this location. This does not reflex future reality (I hope), but as we were the only guests, the breakfast was below par. Especially based on the rate you pay (213 on booking at that time). It was an egg, a croissant, some basic coffee and some pancakes. I guess this was because we were the only guests and it does not make sense to have a buffet for 2 people. Once arrived, please have a good look how to get there; you might mis the entrance. You can access it by car with secure parking in front of hotel but if you drive to quickly, you might pass the entrance as it does not look like it (yet).
This hotel has opened its doors in January so this is the first review on Booking; what an honour. It is a great building with superb look & feel. Everything is new after years of construction. It was an old monastery in case of interest. As we were the only guests from the (about) 20 rooms large hotel it was an interesting experience. We arrived late (around 21) thinking we could still have diner. We could, but not in the hotel. There is a great restaurant (bib gourmand level) down the road (about 10 min walk) with the same chef as the hotel has. There was no restaurant open as we were the only ones. There is a bar and the staff waited for us to have a beer and a nice chat. Super friendly staff, interested and helpful.
