The only downside was it was a bit noisy. There is a highway closer than we expected so you could hear trucks at night. Some local road close to the window too. Also dogs (neighbours?) were barking both nights. AC didn’t work so was sleeping with open window and could hear all the noise.

Really nice green yard, kids enjoyed animals and the pool. Nice views.

The only thing I can mention is the bed was hard but the positives were so good, we didn’t mind the beds.

Absolutely wonderful location with lovely views, accommodation was fantastic -authentic farm style with good air con, plenty of space in communal areas so it was quiet even when the other properties were occupied. warm pool with great view, very kind and attentive hosts. Francesca’s mum even baked us a welcome cake and a separate one for my daughter who has dietary requirements. The perfect place to unwind. If you enjoy being amongst nature lizards, little snakes, dormice, beautiful butterflies, frogs , local donkeys and fantastic sunsets and stargazing it is the perfect spot. Sciacca is a pretty town close by with lots of good shops and restaurants too.

I wouldn’t change it in any way.

Tenuta Carbollace is wonderfully located on a hilltop family farm with just a few hundred to the Mediterranean Sea with beautiful views. The host family couldn’t be warmer, more welcoming, or more Sicilian. I stayed a month and didn’t want to leave.

There isn’t a single thing to remark here, everything was excellent. Maybe the wifi wasn’t perfect in all spots, but honestly, the house and grounds offer so much relaxation that if you’re on your phone you’re missing out.

This property is a little slice of heaven on earth. Everything is done with such care and attention to detail, the house has an amazing rustic charm, the garden and surroundings are so meticulously thought through and maintained that they enhance your holiday further. Our children absolutely enjoyed the garden and we could barely stop them from going into the wonderfully clean, big swimming pool (it was March, so not pool weather yet). Inside the house this was probably the best equipped property, right down to wonderful oranges and a cake left by Francesca. We had a wonderful time.

The place is awesome, clean, and 10 min drive to restaurants and supermarkets. Every apartment has its private outdoor space, there is a communal bbq, pingpong, big swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is super sweet and helpful. And we even got a welcome cake. Little things matter, and that is their motto in this place.

The beds we're a little hard, we could of done with a microwave and you do need a car to stay here as its out of the way, but otherwise we were really happy staying here.

Was an amazing space, well thought out with each apartment having their own outside space as well as communal bbq space. The beautiful gardens have plenty of fruit and herbs. The pools were kept clean and perfect to relax by. The staff were really helpful and left us basic items in the fridge, along with a cake. Lovely location, next to farm and short walk to beach, with only a 12 min drive into town... You do need a car though. Would love to come back here again!! The photos do not do it justice

The property was immaculately cared for and so beautiful. The pool was great with plenty of loungers and umbrellas and the farm with the animals was a really fun experience. The unit was perfect! We had a 2-bedroom and it was comfortable and perfectly sized with a little living room/kitchen and 2 outdoor seating areas as well as an outdoor grill. Ignazio and his mom were so kind and friendly! Ignazio even arranged for my 6-year-old to get a quick ride on a pony at a nearby stable. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place!

The bed was a bit hard for me (I have issues in my back) but my boyfriend slept just fine so please don't judge by this alone. The rest is amazing!

Absolutely beautiful location. Ignazio was a wonderful host and the property is gorgeous. The apartment was well laid out. The attention to detail in thr apartment and the grounds is stunning. We would highly recommend!

The location be a bit far from the main touristic points of Sicily but provides with a relaxing spot away from mass tourism. It all depends on your own planning and type of holiday you enjoy doing

We are a very relaxing time at the property which boasts a great garden and lots of toys/play activities for the kids such as table football and table tennis. They also have horse and farm animals which the kids enjoyed visited. Ignazio was very friendly and available, providing us with good recommendations for restaurants and place to shop around.
