Bit unclean and needs a bit of love. Kitchen tap was a trickle and no hot water so had to fill up one of the pots in the bathroom to wash the dishes.

What a view!!! Beautifully located, nice staff and large apartments - although equipped with the minimum amount of basics. Equipment also a bit outdated. Nevertheless a great apartment since you visit this location for the quietness and views. Also nice pool.

The place has great potential, but the property management has to work on it. Ex: several light bulbs not working in the ap; shower cord leaking, missing items in the cupboard, swimming pool not quite clean, etc

Location is a plus, very close to Siena. Typical Tuscan surroundings.

Wifi was terrible...2 different systems that did not work together.signal got lost often. A wifi repeater to get signal into the bedrooms would be part of the solution

The workers are only present between 15-19, so we did not seem anyone there during the 3 days we stayed. The room was never cleaned or toilet paper was added. The room is very cold. The pool was closed (I think is opened only in May). We arrived after 19, so they left our room key at the reception counter, and they wanted to charge us 30 euros for that. After we refused, they later said that we needed to pay 20 euros “tourist fee”, even though booking say that all the fee are included in the price. When we questioned about it again the man said over the phone that we could just leave any amount of money in cash on our room when we check out and it would be okay. The whole thing sounded quite strange. Also the check out on booking said it was at 10.00 but later he said it was at 8.00. The place is nice and has a lot of potential but the customer service and addition of those weird fees left a bad feeling.

Our room was very spacious and had a great view. The mansion is close located to siena and had good restaurants around (by car).

Small rooms, not enough cupboard space for a long stay. Rooms are definitely not soundproof, can hear all the noise of the other people. Small showers.

Place looks a bit neglected, pool not very inviting as the water looked a bit dirty. Corridors quite noisy.

No complaints, everything was great.

It was amazing! We arived late, outside the checkin hours but our hosts were accomodating and received us with a smile. The staff in general was really nice and helped us with any questions on whatsapp during our stay. The apartments were huge, beds were really comfy, the pool was clean and warm and the garden and views from the property were breathtaking. There was also a very lovely restaurant 4mins away by car with delicious food. Everything was just amazing, we could not have hoped for a better Tuscany experience during our stay, and the location was perfect for driving to a lot of the attractions/citadels we wanted to see! Thank you villa brignole for such an awesome stay!

Kitchen was not well appointed. Lack of utensils, no kettle, no washing up liquid, tea towels etc. No housekeeping despite us staying for a week.

Lovely quiet location but accessible by bus. Pool area great for relaxing after a day sightseeing. Views amazing. Friendly host. Shower had good pressure. Towels and bedding provided.

Great location with a great vie. Stay here and get the rooms up fop. Bit of a climb up the stairs but well worth it. Restaurant 3 min drive down the road which is beautiful. Well worth the stop.

A little more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. The internet was extremely poor inside the home. But if you moved just slightly outside the front door reception was good.

The villa was very nice place in the countryside with everything well organized and clean. The scenery was breathtaking behind the villa. I was very impressed with the antiquity at the place. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed my stay.

Good location not far from Siena with nice panorama and garden. They allowed us to park our car there until we cycled some days in Toscana. Appreciated. The room simple but clean and has a charme and fit to this villa. We liked it.
