The apartment does have potential — the layout is pleasant, and the terrace offers beautiful sea views. The location itself is truly a dream: close to stunning beaches and perfect for those who enjoy running or walking, with great trails in the area. With some care and attention, this place could become a fantastic holiday rental.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The apartment is poorly managed and felt impersonal. The outdoor area is underwhelming, with a pool that loses its appeal due to the barren garden and unattractive view of the building’s backside. The furniture outside is minimal — just a few sun loungers without cushions, no lounge area, and a very makeshift barbecue setup. Inside, several listed amenities were missing — most notably the oven, which was supposed to be included. The kitchen was poorly equipped, missing basic items like a cutting board and a whisk. The drying rack was broken and never replaced. While a broom was eventually brought, it took several days, and by the time a sponge and cleaning cloth arrived, we had already purchased our own. We were also disappointed with the arrival process: no proper welcome, no Wi-Fi information, and no explanation about the pool or facilities. The host seemed rushed and uninterested. Most frustrating was the cleanliness — after over 24 hours of travel, we had to spend our first night cleaning the apartment ourselves. No cleaning supplies were provided, so we had to go shopping for essentials right after arrival. Although the cleaning fee was refunded, it didn’t make up for the poor start. We had booked the linen service (bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels), which was forgotten and delivered later that day. We were not informed that this service included a linen change after one week, and were only contacted about it on day eight. The pictures in the listing are clearly outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. Terms like “luxury” and “villa” are, unfortunately, misleading. With thoughtful cleaning, better equipment, and attentive management, this could become a much better place — but at the moment, it does not meet the standard advertised.

The humidity issues in the bedrooms and the bathroom that is functional but needs some refreshing. The electricity also cuts off but the property manager said it will be fixed soon

It has a pool and a garden. It’s spacious.

Every night our electricity went out- meaning our heating and refrigerator stopped working during night. Also, From the first day we kept asking staff for an additional blanket (we didn’t get enough in the first place) and we were ignored for 6 days- we got the blanket on the last night.
