No Sky channels or English speaking tv channels except for CNN. Room Spa bath didn’t work. Breakfast - Bacon/eggs/mushrooms etc was cold most mornings. Would suggest a microwave at the dining area. Parking was tight however the staff will accommodate moving your car when spaces become available.

Room/balcony Views of Etna. Staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfy bed, good A/C, great shower. We had a rental car though the regular shuttle bus was superb. Etna was blowing off every night over our 10 day stay. Amazing views !

This is a stunning hotel full of character and interesting artwork. The views from all the rooms are sensational and our room had a large balcony with two loungers . The bar has wonderful views and at night there is a stunning view of the lights stretching for miles . It is in a very quiet location and close to some good restaurants. The shuttle service runs into the town on a regular basis and the trip only takes 5-10 minutes . This was excellent and I would like to thank everyone who contributed to a memorable stay.

The restaurant menu could be broader to include more meat options as we are not really fish eaters , but this seems very picky.

Views were superb , Breakfast very good , the hotel overall was excellent with very helpful staff and responsive staff . We had the Etna suite and the quality of the room and comfort of the beds was excellent. The shuttle service down to Taormina was regular and well worth the cost. Restaurant food good.

The location and view were amazing. The room was huge with a huge bacony facing the bay and mount Etna. Breakfast was great and the restairant serves good dishes. And the overall service including the shuttles were 100% perfect

Took a day to get used to having to prebook the shuttle service to get to and from town which did make it a little less free-flowing than we'd have liked. But definitely better than having to walk up the hill!

I mean, the view speaks for itself! The pool area was clean and quiet and rooms super comfortable. Staff were great and although a bit annoying to have to wait up to an hour, the shuttle service is remarkably efficient.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the views. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We met nice people who were staying there too. You get to have some conversations when utilising the free shuttle service a couple of times a day. This is a very important service to your stay because I couldn't imagine attempting to walk into town, especially in the peak of summer.

I know why they charge for the shuttle service and it is a very reasonable price and an invaluable and efficient service - however i query given the cost of staying at the hotel and its location as to why it is not a free service? Or a nuber of journeys are not gratis and then charged after reaching limit? Dinner menus - food is very good and service excellent however the offer is limited and does not change. Also more choices for lunch snacks would be appreciated.
