Great location right on the beach. The rooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable and a great size room and very clean. The balcony with the chairs and table and lounger were a nice surprise and we had a great view across the bay. However, I agree with some of the comments other people have made, I think it is not right to be charge an additional fee of £35 for sunbeds when you are staying at the hotel and paying £200 a night, that then brings the price to nearly £300 to pay for beds for two half days. The hotel was lovely but does not warrant this price tag. The breakfast was in the beach cafe and was a limited choice of food and not of a great standard. We were encouraged to make a reservation at the restaurant. I'm not sure whether this is run and belongs to different owners but despite making the booking some months ago, we were made to sit inside, rather than on the lovely balcony area looking out to sea. There were other guests staying at the hotel also sat inside. Despite me querying this, the guy was quite rude and dismissive, the tables outside remained empty until about 10pm. It also seemed very much we will take care of all the Italians and our locals and treated second rate as a customer of the hotel. When people are encouraged to use the restaurant by the hotel there should be some priority booking/seating for guests who have made the reservation months before. A beautiful area with a lovely drive and lovely beach but limited eateries and with the rudeness of the staff in the restaurant not somewhere I would want to stay for longer than 1-2 nights. The hotel need to mention this to the restaurant as I believe it will affect their bookings going forward.

The cost of sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests was expensive. It should be included. Probably need a car.

On the balcony there is a slight smell from the kitchen downstairs. Shared balcony lacks a little bit of privacy, but it was really nice anyway to contemplate the sunset.

The staff was really kind. Comfortable room and bathroom. Nice ocean view. The beach downstairs is long and sandy. Convenient location to visit Porto Ercole and Monte Argentario peninsula.

The pillows were not as comfy as expected, no great matter for a short stay.

Excellent seaside hotel with perfect sunset view from our terrace, very welcoming hosts and a varied breakfast. Out of season meant a very peaceful evening, in season is probably rather more lively, as sea bathing and dining are litterally on the spot. Easy parking close by.

We stayed for one night whilst travelling around Italy. Our room was at the front of the hotel so we did get a lot of road noise. If you are staying longer then I would recommend a beach view as it’s so beautiful and peaceful.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. There was private parking very close to the hotel and it was an easy drive to other beautiful areas on the peninsula. The beach was sandy with loungers available for guests. The fish restaurant on site served delicious food and the service was great. The room was well appointed and spacious and really comfortable.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't so good. Very pretentious, with one waiter, who greeted us, behaving, initially, in a very disdainful manner. The other waiter was friendly, trying to help translate the menu with his phone, as you had to use the ap, and both our phones were out of charge.... The translation just translated the incredibly pretentious description of the dish - without saying what the Food was in English. Not helpful.

The restaurant downstairs (not part of the hotel) has very rude staff, we had to leave earlier because of extremely unfriendly waiters. But that is not hotel's fault.

The location directly on the beach and rooms with sea view. We really liked breakfasts in the beach bar. Rooms spacious and clean, very modern with all the necessary amenities. Staff very kind and helpful with every question and wish!

Right on the beach with access right out back. Nice balcony, shared with other rooms. Roos were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had seet and savory items, and cappuccino to order. wonderful restaurant for dinner at the hotel. staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking with 5 min walk back to hotel.

Fantastic property! Very accommodating owners coupled with a very modern, beautiful hotel. Super clean, very nicely appointed with gorgeous views, spacious deck and everything you need. The on site restaurant is excellent- one of the best meals we had in Italy. Surprisingly good. Would return in a heartbeat.

We were there on march, before the tourist season and it was very quiet and nice. It is close to Porto Santo Stefano with beautiful views and mountain tracks. Hotel was clean and the hotel stuff and dog was very friendly! :) My kid especially loved the doggy! :)

Couldn’t get air conditioning unit to stay on (it was in some kind of timer on a huge key pad and there were no instructions) so it was very warm in room. Also, thermostat keypad huge and very bright, very bright lights on actual air conditioner unit too so it was annoying bright in the room all night. This combination of the room being too hot and the bright LED lighting made it very hard to sleep which is too bad bc everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful location and hotel. Room was lovely and beds were super comfy, all was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly!
